Thats only going to work until the molten plastic heats the mold too much. You need some sort of cooling system built into the mold. Maybe drill some through holes and pump water through them.
I want to know if anyone has ever bought one of these, if so,how much was it? have you have any issues with it? what about getting molds made for it?how well did it perform - did it produce perfect parts (guessing that the mold was 100% perfect) I have emailed both the company in India and Japan for info and am still waiting for a reply. so far this is the best benchtop injection machine i have seen to date
50K????? You have got to be kidding me is it made out of platinum? I like the design but there is no way the machine cost anywhere close to $2000.00 to build so i bet they have never sold one.

Aslan Tatar This is ridiculously overpriced (even if they accidentally added an extra zero it is still overpriced). You can buy used industrial size machines with that money.
if someone know the process of injection machines , he can use , arduino to control the whole process and then add some heater , motor drivers and linear bearings , that all but the most important is the proceess and especially the Timing of each part of the machine ,
