Smelling like a mistrial ..
Mistrial for what? She didn’t mind calling the police and telling them who robbed her at gunpoint. If she is subpoenaed she is REQUIRED by law to show up to court. It doesn’t matter that she’s scared now and don’t want to repeat what she said in the police report 13 years ago.
Mistrial fr several reason ..there’s no real substantial evidence other than word of mouth and seems like everyone forgetting what they saw or said ..the lack of organization from the Da..notice how the Da Ddnt have her ducks in order and the jury had to wait a whole hr 1/2 ..

Quinn is a dirty cop for sure. Take what he says with a grain of salt. This entire trial is a waste of tax payers money. Thug will be convicted of having guns in his home since he's a felon and maybe with drug procession. Time served or maybe do a couple more years. Just imagine how much money some of these rappers make for the record label for them to spend millions in rappers defense.

If you’re subpoenaed to be there then you have to be there
