Been grinding forestry for the past 5 days, it's not too bad, I just wish the shop had rewards that mattered outside of Woodcutting (considering WC isn't very useful overall).

I mean, saw mill tickets and mahogany planks is hella nice gp. 2400 per plank, one of them costs 1500 so only 900 left but 2400+900 is 3300 per LOG with log carrier and tickets and plank bag you can do what 108 planks per inventory? 178k per inventory profit. Takes what 10 seconds to bank at wc guild. So if you stock up logs and sawmill tickets that's idk 2.5m an hour give or take, click intensive emptying bags.
@@dedstring Ooooo yeah, I think they did add something like bonfires from RS3 so it's less xp than spamming fires or doing WT but it's an afk way. I will have to look into that because I think I remember seeing that!
Did they remove all the stuff you had to get like charms for the leper to spawn, egg cushion and that stuff that made some event more efficient? It was so confusing having no idea what was worth getting or not.
I was late to the party on Forestry because everyone said it sucked and was horrible lol so by the time I did it there weren't charms. Most things in the Forestry shop are now worth getting :) I point out the few things I think are worthless. Thanks for watching!
@@RollandTVit was fairly annoying but with the update the chances of events significantly reduced. On launch and for a good while the events were spawning all the time. My strategy was to only buy the fake bee things as others didn't seem worth it on an iron.
Yeah I do know that when it first came out you could literally just run world to world and place to place that had an event lol Would have been kind of cool to see but definitely needed to be nerfed but they kinda nerfed it super hard lol
why do these guides not just include a section for the most populated spots for each sort of tree? it's easily the most important thing to say about the topic
No one suggested it and I didn't think of it lol. The main hub for everything is in seers village, it's populated for oaks, maples, willows, yews, and magics. But Priff is used for Teaks and the Myths Guild also for magics. I am sure Drayner is swamped for free to play trees as well. Hope that helps!

The log basket you can, but when you combine it with the strap you couldn't. Not 100% sure if this has changed since you can see your equipped items in the bank now. Thanks for watching!

You can attach log basket to forestry kit, keep it in inv, and "use" it to empty the logs.
