Remember when there was a separate Pro Israel and Pro Palestine rally. One was given protection by the police while the other one was guarded by the police to protect the public.
If you need to hide your face, you are most likely not doing something that is good. If the situation is bad enough to force schools to go to remote learning, than it is serious enough to arrest the "protesters". These schools have an obligation to maintain order sufficient for students who do want to learn to do so. They have no obligation to provide a vehicle for radicals to protest

The good news is there may be some extra openings at Columbia, NYU, Yale and a few other colleges next year when they expel a lot of these protesters. My niece is hopeful she can take someones spot who is going to get expelled for protesting on campus. I told her anythings possible.
