They need to change the law. If you can prove a child isn’t you, you should not have to pay for being defrauded.
I’m a woman & my unpopular opinion is that I think that every baby should have their DNA taken at birth. No man could be tricked ever again & there would never be a “John/Jane Doe” situation where a body can’t be identified!🤷🏻♀️

Many men think my sister is a solid 8-9 but she INTENTIONALLY had her 2nd child wanting no man to be a part of her life. She WANTED to be a single mom, this was back in 2012 before social media got crazy. And she was on 'girls gone wild' while she was a single mom with one kid. Failure.
Never Sign the birth certificate until you know
It's crazy that his name being on the birth certificate is all she needs to ruin his life. If the man doesn't share the child's DNA, he shouldn't owe anyone anything. In fact, getting him to sign the birth certificate on kids that she knew he didn't father should be a crime.

If her X gave her the necklace after she got together with her current BF, she should never have accepted it, and I agree with him telling her to get rid of it. But if he gave it to her any time before then, I'd say it's hers and he has no right to tell her what to do with it.

That one girl around ten minutes putting makeup on saying that her husband got a paternity test and it said that he was not the father and she said that she never cheated, what BS. I could just imagine like... a few videos ago there was this story about a man taking a DNA on the kid between him and his wife and said that he was not the father, and then the mother gets a DNA test and it turns out that the kid is not hers either and their children were switched at birth and their biological child is in foster care or something, and then it said that a nurse, before she died admitted to swapping over 100 babies, I feel like women who say that they never cheated yet the DNA test results say otherwise will use this, play at, "Oh, I never cheated on you, there must be a mistake, our child must have been switched at birth, baby I never cheated on you!!!!" And there will be an epidemic of that going about about women using that story to try and save themselves from paternity fraud allegations.
Well this is pretty easy to prove : she just needs to pass a dna test as well, or the guy is leaving her

@@Ray186 I know. I am just saying, women make a bunch of excuses to avoid accountability and guilt. Some women in "cheaters exposed" videos on certain channels who cheat will say that she didn't get enough attention from her man, or that he was abusive or whatever, and it be lies. Even when a DNA test proves that a guy is not the father some women will just deny it until the end of time. So since women will makes up excuses to avoid accountability, my point is that some women who get caught/exposed with DNA tests showing that the kids aren't his will see videos like that one with babies getting swapped at birth and they will just make up those excuses about how, "Oh, baby I have never cheated on you. This has to be a mistake. Our child was switched at the hospital." And things like that. I know that men won't fall for it, my point is that women will make up that excuse when caught to avoid accountability.

It's basically a legal thing. In most area's if you sign the certificate you admit legally it's your kid. Worse yet in some area's it's a defacto thing if your married and in others the women can just put a name on the certificate even if your not around. And of course there is a time limit to object. Most area's it's some where around 2 years, but I wouldn't be surprised if they lower it. Many stories of women wrote a father on the birth certificate for a kid he never knew he had. Then trying to get child support several years later.
