I loved this video, I live just outside Glasgow and some of those places to eat I'd never heard of, I will try and go to some of those places in the future once Covid is gone and we can all go out again. Wish I could have met you when you were in Glasgow.
Ah yes, Döner Kebab haha.. so many memories with that food, well probably some more that i cannot remember anymore if you catch my drift. Great video man was fun to see this
Glad you enjoyed your trip to Glasgow best place for Japanese food in Scotland is in East Kilbride just outside Centre. Rooky mistake every Indian place serves HUGE portions. Not been to loop n scoop definitely gonna go after seeing that. Whisky over tenants any day of the week. Donna kebab is amazing I've still to to watch Edinburgh one but hoping you slummed it with a munchy box and big Scottish breakfast at one point.
If you make haggis ad 50% mince meat(porc, sheep or rabbit). I know is not traditional but the taste is way better. As herbs I recomand using tarragon and some garlic. In the same composition if you add blood and red wine you get a wonderful blood sosage. If you add 70% rice and you mince the meats as smooth as a pate you get Lebber that is so delicious. Also everything is way better if you smoke them for 2 to 3 days.
Glad you enjoyed the trip, all the food looked so good. especially the puddings. now i just need to know if you liked the IRN-BRU wish i could plop around eating, but dont have the funds for all that, maybe someday
I have only just found your channel and it's really weird seeing you in places that i know. and have been to. glasgow is my town. I hadn't watched the whole video but you were so close to were I live, also loops and scoops 😁😁😁 but it's weird seeing everything open.
Yes!! This is awesome. Sometimes it’s good to evolve. As long as it’s with food. Wait, are you eating stroopwafels in Scotland?!?!? I love how Rach steals the toffee sticky pudding 😂😂😂😂. It does have the look of HP architecture.
That Japanese place at the start was Nanakusa right? I went there to practice my chopstick skills before moving to Japan 8 years ago. Was really cool to see again.
this is a breath of fresh air... i love the cooking vids i learn a lot but this just seeing you enjoy is really a wonderful sight... you should make this a thing when ever you go travel and just try out food...:) P.S. if I see you in my country i would definitely challenge you to a Shokugeki hehehe... And also show you the wonders of our country... hehehe...
Doner is so good, the best is doner box, it's all the insides piled on top of fries. Good doner places are to germany what good burrito places are to san diego
I mean, if you're down for more Döner Kebab come to Germany, the birthplace of the Döner Kebab and costs on average about 3.50€ an is still about that size. Also, those guys have some freaky foods like sweet soups, potato dumplings, raw minced meat with onions the glory that is Rinderrouladen.
@@CHEFPKR should this ever be a possibility for you with the next year or three, hit me up. I work in a hotel in central Germany (harz mountains) and might be able to hook you up with some discounts while traveling around.
@@CHEFPKR I had a hard time finding good Asian food in the UK as well, but the Indian food on the other hand... let's just say after a century of imperialism, you're bound to pick up a few damn good curry recipes.
Please please please....If you are able to travel again come to Berlin,Germany and try our Döner Kebabs and authentic Turkish Food. Berlin is a paradise for finding all kinds of tastes from all over the world :D

I approve of this, that was fun.
4:15 just realized how well kept and trimmed my man's beard is
Yea... i think airport food is just dumbed down to fit the taste of a wider range of people.
Laughs in European and Dönner being a staple late night fast food.
