The Yankees Started off 50-22 then struggled for 5-6 weeks. I watch every game and they didn’t play clean baseball all the time. I will say that Verdugo did make some great plays in LF, NYY in 2023 LF was a disaster much better in 2024.
Why even bother with Roki Sasaki, when everyone knows he's going to the Dodgers to join Ohtani and Yamamoto? It's gotten to the point that everyone will be shocked if he goes anywhere BUT the Dodgers lol

Look at the Dodgers and how they closed out game 5. The skipper went wit his gut and it paid off…..sometimes you have to and it may or may not work out. Overall hes a very winning manager and hes a smart guy
I like Aaron Boone. But the Nestor decision lost the series even more than the 5th inning of game 5. A good manager has the Yankees up 3-2 going to LA to clinch.
Will Soto request that Steinbrenner, Cashen and Boone kiss his ring? How humiliating especially since Soto has already been on the team for a year. How in the world is a manager expected to run a team after this? Especially Boone who already is looked upon as a weak yes man.
