There's LOTS to do on the Volvo, let me know what you want to see me tackle next?? 1.Cage 2. Adjustable front control arms 3. Seat Rails 4. Brake lines / bias valve 5. Let me know!?!
You are the Bible to S40 modding, so much info and visuals about everything. Thanks you so much for sharing all your journey, definitely will be watching all this videos till the end of the project, congratulations on you work sir!
Would be good to know if after all that weight reduction can get it under 1 ton with rollcage. Im currently looking at Seats, rails dont seem to be that hard by looks of it. Cars going to be nuts when complete.
I don't think it'll get under 1 ton without a lot of weight savings, but it would be nice to be close to it one day! Seat rail on the driver's side will be a bit of work because the tunnel is offset to the right and I'll need to chop some of the floor out to make it work.
Hey man! Love the videos! But do remember the volvo S40/v40 are built on Mitsubishi's platform, meaning Evo 1-3 in the rear and on the Wheels/brakes, evo 4-6 in the front. So you could buy these arms for and evo 1-3 and they bolt right up. I have a video about this on my channel! I Bought a big brake kit for an evo 1-3 and it fit perfect! chekc it out!

Hey man! Yeah, the Evo 3 arms are what I was referring to in the video that I could have bought (the CNC arms are for E1-3)
