@@waltergrove2657 definitely. I took 4 classes (jazz, tap,ballet and hiphop) and all we really for flexibility did was stretch before classes. That's it. For my classes my teacher was more focused on how well we could wave a ribbon wand or how many twirls we could do. Tho it does depend on where u learn :/
the hardest thing I remember doing was posing for photos. we hade to contort our body's in so many uncomfortable positions for minutes

For people saying that we are skinny shaming wonyoung , we aren't. There is a difference between being naturally skinny and purposely trying to be skinny. Wonyoung had a drastic weight loss journey, one being she obviously grew older and lost baby fat but nobody becomes this level of thin. She doesn't even have muscle which shows that she is unhealthy.
For example Lisa from BP is naturally skinny and she has been skinny all her life but u can tell that she is extremely healthy by just how her body moves and looks, she has defined muscles not only through working out but having good nutrition. That's called being healthy.
Wonyoung has no muscle definition which just indicates that she is probably starving herself or restricting her intake on food. Even without working out humans in general always have some form of muscle definition if they are being healthy and by the looks of it she isnt healthy!
Her personal trainer said she has great muscle strength. Just because she has a drastic weight loss doesn't mean she is starving herself. It could be due to stress and overwork, since when the scandal appeared and izone got a lot of hate, most of the members lost weight. And she also has many jobs offers and her schedule is packed. Even though some comments about her weight is not skinny shaming, most comments are and that's probably why many people are sensitive about the topic.
@@kiokuai7443 finally another person with common sense, some people need to realize that at one point their comments on peoples bodies are not helping anything and honestly are really annoying. think about people of different sizes If I said something like "omg are you okay your so fat and unhealthy!!!" it would come across as rude and unnecssary so why do it to people who are skinny. tbh just leave people alone
At the end of the day, it's better to not comment anyone's body. That doesn't solve any problem, it frustrates more the idols than anything.
Lisa was also underweight at some points of her career, more than naturally skinny and that’s not shaming, they are under pressure to lose weight (even if is not mandatory from their companies) don’t reproduce this unhealthy speech

if i recall correctly, pilates for beginner includes exercising on the mat, and when you're flexible enough you'll be going to another level like in this video. so yeah it's still the same
Try looking up "pilates reformer" classes. Working out on a reformer is different than doing mat pilates because it uses spring resistance. Just a note: classes aren't the cheapest...

To be fair, the others were praising Yujin too. And Yujin did admit that because Wonyoung started way earlier doing pilates before her (because Wonyoung said she likes working out), Wonyoung is better at pilates than her. Its not really a case of people clowning Yujin to make Wonyoung shine.
And as a fan, I will just say this, some of us do complain about a specific thing, esp in this episode of the manager. Its because rather than focusing on other members, most of the thing were focusing on Wonyoung and Yujin. But they both were already active in izone and very widely known by public, so it makes sense, but it would be nice if they bring the other member so they will get more experience in tv programmes.
Edit : forget to say, but if you actually watch the episode, they actually complimented Yujin a lot. Only in this clip they were joking and teasing her, and she also joke about herself too. So yes, they did acknowledged that Yujin is also good, esp because she is still newer at pilates compared to Wonyoung.
