Buy cars off 3 year leases. There are some really good deals out there right now. Plus you know cars off leases have all of the routine maintenance done because it's free of charge.

Gold was about $1600oz and silver around $12oz - 3yrs ago now $2300-2400 and $30.
You can stock up at Dollar General / DG Dollar Deal aisle on cleaners, some shampoo, and toothpaste.
I drive a 2005 Ford Fiesta with 250000 miles on it and it runs better than a Rolex watch!!! No monthly payments to make is fine with me. This year Ford Fiesta was one of the best cars ever made.
