Or just go to Fazer in downtown Helsinki! We had a delicious dill and potato soup there with lots of bread. Perfect light lunch. Then, later, we grabbed strawberries at the market and just ate them while we walked. What a great city.

@@ProfessorWolters just a head's up - summers in Israel are no joke - it's hot and humid, and it starts early. pack your sunscreen and apply frequently. but everywhere you go- there is a proper AC working full blast, and you can get refreshing drinks/ slushies/ ice cream where ever you are . looking forward to your visit. wasn't joking about that open invitation - we live up north by the sea- there's view, there's a breeze and there's great beer (and food)
I feel like the Nordic countries are awful for Americans who want to go to Europe and eat better versions of what they eat at home. They're fabulous for people who love food and genuinely want something different. There's a HUGE variety of different things to eat and the quality is almost always great. If you're looking for a slightly fancier chicken dish than you'd get in Kansas, with a hint of unusual seasoning, the Nordic countries aren't where you're going to get that.

Mark, you are an exceptionally nice person. That's why I'm going to dare and say to you, please lose weight. It will help tremendously with all the traveling and all the filming yourself. Try in-between feasting destinations. Just an encouragement, please don't take it in a negative way.

I've been here and you really don't get much to eat in Finland especially in winter.
The Finns also have a very good potatodrink (and also corn, wheat and rye) 😂

Covid got our last 2 attempts to get to Israel. So fingers crossed summer 2023 we will be there!
