Danke für dieses informative Video! Werde mir das Buch auch kaufen, da ich erst vor kurzem angefangen habe zu häkeln und das Buch scheint perfekt um neue Stiche sowie zunehmen und abnehmen zu lernen 😊
This book looks like it has a wealth of information! As a plus size woman I sometimes have a hard time finding patterns in my size that are to my liking. It would be so wonderful if I could design my own garments when I have a little more experience under my belt.
thank you for this great review! This book is on my list now. I have another "stiches" book, but this you show, is best with the photos and the increase and decrease. Making a blanket - I can find hundreds of stiches anywhere, but when some wants to design her own pattern for her one shape, this book is really great. Thank you !
Great review! Have this book too (bought it at your recommendation) and love it! Also love how it smells, I know that’s weird. But it has some seriously great inspiration! The top-down sweater book is more valuable to me for the theory on how to shape the garments rather than the patterns in it - I hope it makes it easier to adjust the garments to my fit as I make them. Because I have now had a couple of puzzling results which make me question the model’s dimensions.
Thanks for sharing! I'm so glad you also love this book, I do think it's a must have in one's crochet library. I was wondering how that top down book would work for me, I'm a little intimidated by it... I'm sure at some point I'll just try something, but I don't know if I really fell in love with any of the patterns in it...
@@aurorayarns5974 same here re being intimidated and just not excited about patterns in it. I haven’t tried any of them yet either - it was other patterns that gave me issues. But you know? Armed with this dictionary of stitches, we can make any pattern into something we would actually wear!
Absolutely! I also had real immediate issues with one pattern from the book I showed here on the channel, where the increase for the sleeve begins after like a minute, wayyyyy too high for my body at least. It's great to have the confidence to alter patterns so they can fit to human sizes ;)

I completely agree!

My pleasure! I agree, I think this book is fantastic and has information that many other stitch books do not. Glad you enjoyed Hannah!
Great review 👍🤗🥳
Thanks Wendy!

Could you do a tutorial on Overlapping V's on page 106? I am not understanding something and I really want to be able to do this stitch. Please help!
