I believe you are trying to install it on HW which has hyper-v installed then you deployed pnet over it, right?? Well that's would probably could require additional config, let me check

i cant download the image in minute 26.58, and always show message "sorry , the file cant be downloaded. maybe many users are downloading, or the link is faulty try later" can you help me for this mesage?

Verify that your pnet vm has an internet service, if yes maybe service of ishare is unavailable or need a kind of update, try to search using the error code you are receiving, and try to filter the result by say last month to see if others experience the same
You need to map the interface to your WiFi card from VMware or virtualbox settings, let me know your availability, we can setup quick any desk session if issue still persist.

I recommend to use IOU images instead of Qemu one to solve idle PC issue :)

Sure, you can download qemu images for linux distro you want using the ishare tool and make a cognitive lab that incorporate amazing things together

Of course you need to make sure that virtualization is enabled from the BIOS level prior starting PNET lab machine.

I did as you showed, but when the devices are powered up or started, they turned off within seconds later. Is there any workaround to this issue ?

Try to download another image and test the status, but make sure the vt checkbox is ticked
