That is a nice little setup as long as you're comfortable and you get to get out where is nice and quiet cook some food on the barbecue find some shiny and having fun doing it😂 thank you for the video I will see you on the next one happy swinging😂🍳🥓
Good to see you have another home away from home, not as flash but better as you say to get into those hard spots. Without having to smash your way through low branches. Wicked vid, cant wait for the 17 nuggies video. Good luck out there ,stay safe
Good on you Lee, sure you be happy with the new setup , be good if you head off to WA again next year. Yes on supporting the little town as that's what we do as well by getting our shopping done there before heading into the bush.
Another great video Lee. Some nice pieces of yellow you found this time. Hope the new camperis working out well for you. Keep up the great work and see you on the next one. Cheers mate 👌👌👌👍👍👍🤜🤛
Yeh mate it's great to get out again. I didn't do any good at Tarna or Dunolly, I was cut short by a storm. When I saw you were selling the van I thought you would get a camper and it looks great mate. Did you buy that from Lyle Eales? When you are in Dunolly next, try the Vietnamese cafe opposite the bakery. The Bahn Mi's are fantastic and the food there is awesome. Anyway all the best and catch up soon as. Cheers Ray
That's a bumma mate, hope the next trip is a little better for you. I was thinking of just going the swag but I'm preparing for the next big interstate trip so I needed something like this. I just got this second hand mate it's a 2021 model. Oh really! I'll be getting one of those next time for sure👌. Cheers Lee.
hey Jamie have you got a TDI pro? I've taken mine out to Dunolly, used advanced maps etc and had no luck. Seems like I can find tiny pieces of all kinds of metal except the beautiful stuff
@@SavageProspecting l got 6 little nuggets for 0 .33 grms my ratio was 6 shot balls to one nugget on Sunday and the fly's 3 in the gob keep Up the good work cheers Alan 👍
I would love doing this. The only gold I`ve found is rings and such with metal detectors. I found three very nice 14k rings one day with a Bounty Hunter machine in just over 30 minutes on a very low tourist lake in an exposed swimming area. I found my first gold ring in the late 1970s with a Whites Coinmaster...an 18k England Air Force Base with a missing stone. I have an Australian Minelab machine now and love it. And believe it or not...the creek here in LaSalle Parish Louisiana near Jena & Nebo I used to swim in had a small gold discovery about 20 years ago. My friend`s grandfather told us a guy made a good living (about 40 dollars a week) during the great depression panning gold in a creek in Jena and we laughed at him. Of course now these creeks are off limits.
@@markfryer9880 hahaha I don't mind a curry pie as long as its got good flavor. Ya don't want one of those mince curry pies with a bit of curry powder in them.
I find it so funny that Queensland can't and won't support the prospector with poor availability to land etc they miss out on all the money and growth in this sector its thier loss, cant wait till we actually get legal access to our state forests. Im keen on upgrading my metal detector to a sdc2300 from a VLF garrett not too long to go now
100% Lee, we always support small business in small towns because we love in one half the size of Dunolly. Thanks for the video mate. Cheers
That's the way Garry, good on you mate. Everyone should do it👌
beautiful gold never get tired of seeing it.
I'm with you mate🤜🤛

Good video Lee. Could you please do a weigh in at end of your videos. cheers. Gary
Thanks Gary, certainly mate I usually do although this one is a split episode.
Nice Lee. You where you are it is cool but when you were in WA it was warmer. Where do you prefer to find gold?
Hey Gary, I most certainly prefer WA. I'd live there in a heartbeat if I could.
Nice video mate. Where's the Nugget Finder coil?
Thanks mate, I've still got it but it was playing up on me (again) so switched over to the standard again.
Great vid Lee. Who's got the pub in Dunolly ? and how many are there ?
Thanks mate, I'm unsure of that man but it definitely never looks too busy there.
Cracker weekend Lee. I notice you're running the 11" again. Where's the nf. Don't tell me the 2nd one has crapped itself too 😂
Thanks Jamie, mate it was running really noisy so I swapped it out but had it back on today and it was fine🙃. Might need a coiltek😂
Try the 9" round coiltek, you won't be disappointed.

It's definitely very restricted in QLD especially the no camping in the bush part what a joke the government is!
