Hello, as someone who played people playground I want to point out something in this video that might be helpful for you and other people. firstly, I don't recommended place a cannon barrel over a rotor. this is because it'll create a knock back and make a barrel go up it also not good in term of design second, the thruster is a heavy object and that is the reason why the cannon in the video is wobbly and unstable. to fix it you need to connect a steel binding to the rotor wheel this will likely make a rotor wheel hold the thruster instead of metal rod third, you can set a shortcut in setting to a stuff you often use, such as resize and layer sorting. this will help you built a thing more efficiently (I have assign a "T" key to resize the objects, "Up Arrow" and "Down Arrow" for sorting a layer) fourth, before testing anything make sure to save it first because if not you gonna have to redo all of your stuff fifth, the ammunition is a simple and easy to create however without activation checker it'll likely to explode if it touch to anything (I've made a video on how the safety mechanism work if you're interested) sixth, you don't have to connect a lot of steel binding in your creation(it's make your contraption lag and messy) you can use a heavy object to make your creation strong and stable. just keep in mind that whenever steel binding is connected to something it's a bit heavy for an example in the video instead of connecting steel binding metal rod --> metal rod you can prioritize heavy object like rotor wheel thank you so much for reading!
@nitinallemon I threw this cannon together quickly and had no plan how to build it which is why it's kind of a hack job buts it's just so people get a idea how to build them, my cannons that I have saved are much more stable and function better but thanks for the advice!

Why not use explosive to launch the shell?
I've never tried it but i assume it would cause issues with the gun blowing itself up and even if it didt it would be a lot less powerful
It would just explode the gun
