Ne papadi ma pani radi ne ema lilu lasan,adu - marcha , ajmo,salt,hing ,sugar , 2 tsp jatlu oil padvu. Pachi muthiya thodu - thodu pani lata javu ne muthiya vari ne papadi nu pani ukarva made etla en nakhta javu ne chadva davu. Ame surti chanano loot ocho use karye.
Huge success but with a twist. I used all the ingredients as you have. After vaghar and Mirchi valore adding etc and water. While water/Gravy start boiling i prepared muthia dough but little thick and dropping dollops type consistency. Same ingredients but not semi solid daugh. When water started boiling, i dropped spoonful of Methi muthia daugh and cooked till done as you showed. Remaining Methi muthia daugh, I added some water mixed it and made Methi Muthia Chilla. Little creative and twist with your recipe but end result Wow, yummy. Time saving from making muthiya dough like Paratha consistency. Thanks for an Idea 💡
