Quit saying it’s “free” ….. cuz all they did was over inflate the prices 🤦🏻♂️. NOTHING is free !
It’s just marketing buddy and the prices haven’t been increased to cover the costs, it’s merely marketing and to create interest, we mentioned in the video that the visa can be forfeited for a discount 👍

For that sort of Money, I would prefer to buy a villa, and that Studio, My God, My Master Bedroom in my house is bigger than that. Sorry Guys, Condos are getting more expensive and smaller, every building they build in Thailand.

pricey condos when you can rent a pool villa or buy one.
I think everyone understands there are other options. Pool Villa is not going to have the location, gym, view, or other amenities.
@jeremyf5051 If you can afford it, there are gated communities that have those amenities, as well the space and in some cases your own small pool as well as the larger community pool and gym, 24 hour security and restaurants.
@gregb1599 right, but the cost will also be higher in communities with those amenities and location? I suppose it's also relative to the deal you make when renting.

@26:30 min "a retirement visa and a work permit". You've done well to get a WP off a Non-O Retirement extension, most Immigration Offices / Ministry of Labour would not approve of the WP if you're retired.

Jason I have a question to ask you. Not property related. I know you are not a fan of cvt automatic transmission. Why are most car manufacturers going this route. I have a small honda brio old type automatic. The fuel consumption higher than cvt. I do not care i do not travel much. Interesting observation I made, when I took my car for service a couple of months ago I remembered that you said you do not like cvt so asked the service mechanic who serviced my car which automatic he prefers. He told me the old type much more reliable than cvt and he has a few cvt cars in workshop with engine stripped. He said my one will last for a long time and has only had very few problems with old type automatic during his career. So do most manufacturers change to cvt because car lighter and better fuel consumption. Is this main reason? If not what is the reason why most cars cvt nowadays.

To be honest I think manufacturers use cvt’s due to cost and possibly better emissions but really I think it comes down to cost sadly. Not sure if this is actually fact but my thoughts mate 😊

Where exactly are they building this? No way this can be Soi 5 onto beach road!! Such lies in the model. This is behind Chom Tian Alley’s.

And you should point out it’s about a 3-400 metres from the road but all you say is there is a private footpath to beach road. (be interesting to see where they put this?) Still love the content and what you guys do but be a little more open with ppl.

I like the idea of living in one and renting the other or buying one renting it and letting the excess go towards your rent do they offer the guaranteed 6% like in other vids . even if they are a bit inflated compared to the UK they are mega cheap nice vid
