Dongtrope Hi, I am working on a guitar tutorial for bandlab at this very moment, with demos of clean, overdrive and distortion setups... So tutorial coming real soon 😀👍
Dongtrope Hi, I have uploaded a tutorial today that should interest you, the first half is about creating a clean electric guitar sound and the second half is about creating a guitar with distortion... ruclips.net/video/b-FwkAHbPS0/видео.html
Drastivik Hi, that might be difficult in bandlab as the guitarist, like so many guitarists these days, uses a selection of fx. Some of which, like harmonics and the cry baby wah, can't be replicated in bandlab. I will though have a play around with the fx in bandlab and see if I find a useable combination.
@@IbandUK I have, and truthfully it's thanks to your video here. I had no idea about that section of customizing my instruments to get the right sound, but after a few Google searches and lengthy adjustments later, I turned the Jazz guitar into a decent metal guitar. Thanks for the help bro ✌🏻
@@IbandUK I already checked it out. I was planning on working in a bunch of real techniques at some point, so thanks for pointing me in the right direction.
@mew2latias If you are using a virtual guitar instrument track, making the instrument track sound like a real guitar needs a few tricks... Using the right notes for chords, staggering the notes (and adjusting the note velocities) to mimic strumming and the right amount of reverb. I have quite a few videos on this channel showing how to do these things 😀👍
Klasiko Gelo Hi, yes you can put effects on a real guitar recorded to your phone Here is a tutorial I have done for recording real guitar in BandLab.... ruclips.net/video/3Ue_DyJKvk4/видео.html And here is a tutorial I have done for guitar fx, which works with both real guitar and midi guitar... ruclips.net/video/apRLA1QYG6E/видео.html

Jonji Hi, I'm always looking for hacks but currently it seems the only way to slide notes is to connect a midi controller to your phone and use the pitch wheel on the midi controller.
AndyShredz Hi, for this video I used one of BandLab's midi guitar instruments and not a real guitar, so I didn't use an audio interface. In my mic setup video I used a Zoom u22 usb audio interface, which also works with guitars. ruclips.net/video/OkuoFQddCSU/видео.html To use a usb audio interface on an Android device you will need an OTG cable and a phone/tablet that is fully OTG compliant. Bandlab make a 3.5mm guitar interface for phones /tablets with a 3.5mm socket but I haven't tried one.

Is it possible to add a separate pedal bored app to band lab or can you only use bandlab effects
@Matthew750-4
I am currently not aware of it being possible so I will assume that you can only use bandlab fx in BandLab.
mine sounds like piano even on the guitar option
