Apko apply karna hoga waha pe. Interview clear karne pe hi hoga. Har 6 month me advertisement ata hai, aap dekhia uske site pe, phir apply kijia. Faculty se baat karke bhi dekhia.

Yes, you can save good amount of money and send to home also. Already many students I know they are doing. If your PhD is fully funded.
