Im Autistic and you are the first landscaper who mows most affectively. It just makes sense to cut the tall stuff with the blow going onto the fresh cut not the tall stuff making even thicker to cut. Going back over the new cut in the opposite direction to get the flattened stuff. Great job in my opinion! Thanx! ✌️💜👍😁👍
223,000 subscribers. Crikey mate, I can remember when you first started and you haven't stopped yet. You treat each place as if it were your own. It amazes me no one would give this lady a quote. People are lazy everywhere. Good job. 250k or bust !!
My first thought i bet the greedy land developers can't wait to get there hands on this block lol .. units all over.. love that you took this on, i didnt think too bad, and I've seen it worse.. looks fantastic 😊
G'day Tim, Tackling this for FMF while others refused just goes to show what sort of Man you are, in your 👨🚒day job & your hobby you are a 🦸♂True Superhero. The Orange "Stand Up" reminded me of Cookie Monster, an Unstoppable Chomping Monster with crumbs going everywhere 😂 It is a BEAST! Looking forward to Part 2 to see the finished result.
So sorry you got stuck taking care of this miserable yard. It is extremely admirable of you to help someone in great need for free. Under the circumstances you did an awesome job! Everything you do always turns out great! Thank you for all that you do for the community. Looking forward to the part II episode.
You don’t need to feel bad for him, that was kind for you to care about him, though. But he didn’t mind helping the lady who owns this property. In the description section he even said he was lucky to have this adventure. 😁
Fantastic job Tim! Part 2 Bless you, that yard was massive & sometimes you need to listen to your gut. Although it goes against your grain not to tidy up, that's what makes you special. I certainly hope they appreciate you as much as we do, your a Legend! God Bless ❤
I am from scotland and that garden size wise is huge you could get a five a side pitch and a tennis court and a swimming pool and still have space left
Hey Tim, I was just watching some old stuff, waiting for new stuff and wanted to let you know that return visits are just as important and entertaining as cold calls. Keep up the community work mate. 👍👍
You're my favorite lawnmower man to watch! You're very through with all you do and even add peat moss to beautify plant beds when needed. That to me is a professional. You've got it all. ❤❤❤ You're such a pleasure to watch. Wish you were in my area. We sure could use a wonderful man such as you who truly takes the time to do the job at hand the right way, the first time. God bless you much Tim for all you do for others. I'm sure they are truly appreciative of your work. Cheers! Looks Amazing now!!-😊
Tim, you’re a miracle worker on yards! This one is already looking incredible! Very impressive, for sure. 😊 I remember that you and Sean live hours apart but I loved when y’all collaborated, a few years ago, on that steep backyard job. 😊
Good on you Tim with helping someone one in need. However, looking at the massive block and the new houses close by, this block could be an absolute goldmine for the owner. My guess is is that the houses days are numbered given the land needed for new housing.
grouse work Tim mate it looks much better after a good cutting plus a lower chance of snakes 🐍slithering in plus making a good defense or a bite action on the person who runs in there for sure and i know the pooches 🐶🐕by the looks of things will have a nice place to do all the lovely poosual things to do now from a good earned bathroom break and even well seeing their open territory too etc.
Fantastic Tim 👍🏆♥️ Our flower of Scotland❤ seems to be everywhere, and they were big pesky ones 🙄 Tim what was that lovely tree in the far left of screen 23-24? Can wait for part 2 ❤
What a difference just knocking down the overgrowth,I’m sure when you come back, you will be able to put your touch on it.and homeowner should be very happy.great little video as always.continue on with your quest to help others.👍👍👍😎😎😎
@Tim The Lawnmower Man, Tim! a quote from cousin Eddie in Christmas Vacation sums every hardcore yard down there in Aussie Land; "Clark, that's the gift that keeps on giving the whole year!" "That it is Edward, that it is."
So, why was your inner voice telling you not to do this yard? Your equipment seems to be able to handle the job with ease. Nothing jumped out of the grass. I'm glad you tackled this yard. Great job! I like your work ethic.
How does the tall grass not stall out his motor? I've tried to cut lawns that thick and I would stall after a bit. 21hp 52" deck so maybe the deck is too big for the hp for this kind of stuff?

@mamajewelsmarshall I have Asperger’s, so I agree that Tim does it right!!
@Adahakag Was you asking that supposed to make us think you were an intellectual or something?

Huge block. Developers dream, going by the town houses next door
Thank you for helping this lady out of an overgrown yard and free yet!
It wouldn't be a Tim video without *some* line trimming :-) Thank you for thinking about us line trimming addicts.
Thank God for fabulous work equipment. 🙏
LOOKING GOOD

WOW Tim… 👍🏻 👍🏻
Result - a beautifully revealed very large garden. Good idea to leave it to dry.
Goodness that is very overgrown and uneven, I am glad you have cut the grass first, there might have been ugly things in that long grass. Well done❤😊
and my favorite!!!

Somehow I didn't get my notification... the trimmer has always been my favorite, but the large equipment is very satisfying! Nice work! ❤
Mowing that overgrown lawn for free was the Wright thing to do.
Hey Tim, I was just watching some old stuff, waiting for new stuff and wanted to let you know that return visits are just as important and entertaining as cold calls. Keep up the community work mate. 👍👍

I think this turned out quite well despite the weeds and tall grass.
Cannot wait to see your finishing touches on this very large back yard!
Now that's a back yard, I love it. Can't wait to see the rest of the restoration. Those trees are so pretty. Great job, Tim!

That Yard Was Screaming For A "Certified Lawn Detailer"! And It Got The BEST! You're crazy Tim, but so am I. lol
Thank you for being so kind and helping people 💞
Massive weeds good grief. Your mower does a wonder job on high grass n weeds.
There was so
Much driving I wanted to ask, “Are we there yet?” But, Tim, as always you conquered the wild beast in fine style.
Looking better! I'll look forward to part II!
Beautiful job 👏
Very nice Tim! Good working buddy!🎉
Your hesitation is understandable. That was some kind of crazy yard
Your work ethic is top notch!
My goodness Tim. Epic job. Part 1 takes it from a wasteland, almost to a parkland vista. Looking forward to part 2.
Tim I know that you will do a outstanding job on this yard.
Great job Tim!! Can't wait for part 2!!❤
Just in time for snake season...nice one

Fine turnout, Sir!
That was awesome Tim looking forward to Part 2. ❤️
You have to do those tough yards like you eat an elephant, one bite at a time.
YOU CAN DO IT!
Love your videos!
😲👌👏👏👏
You need a bigger blower so you can dry it out before mowing. 😁
Another great job done Tim!! Keep up the good work!
Wow, at the beginning of the video I was thinking…Don’t do it! Just walk away! Then you did it😂😂😂. Awesome job!
I'm so pleased you lied 😂
