This video made my day. I lived in Windsor 5 years ago. Its still the same. I used to walk through all the places shown in the video. It was a nostalgic moment for me. I still miss Windsor and I love the city and people. I live in British Columbia now but Windsor is the place I won't forget, with a lot of memories and my first city in Canada.
@@atacms_tomagavskiyClimate is way better in BC. Winters are really good in BC. Its hard to get a job in Windsor. Its getting hard to find a job in BC also especially in Vancouver if you dont have prior experience.
@@atacms_tomagavskiy Depends on what part of BC . South Vancouver Island has mostly Spring weather 12 months of the year with some variation of course . It can freeze but rarely and for a very short time and never extremely cold . It never gets hot either .
Thank you for showing Windsor. Me being from Michigan, I have always considered Windsor AND Sarnia as pass through cities on my way to Toronto. I LOVE Toronto! Yes, I have heard Toronto traffic is a pain, especially the Gardiner Expressway and Lakeshore Drive.
As soon as I’m in Windsor, I have me a nice Cuban cigar and a hot cup of Tim Horton’s coffee. 😊 It’s so peaceful over there. The people are generally nice and friendly. I could see myself living there one day.
cheapest houses and rents in southern Ont. and you've got a great big american city just across the river. plus the best weather in eastern Canada. and of course the healthcare is good.

in toronto the rule is , don't be the one that yields . Be forceful or you will get trapped and the people behind will not be happy . Be careful on one way streets . They seem to come out of nowhere .
Check his last upload. He used the Detroit-Windsor Tunnel, and therefore the NEXUS system, so he was detained for precisely zero minutes and zero seconds.
There are a lot in downtown area. He did not drive through those areas. You get everything in Windsor. A city with everything within 15 kms. Lovely city and people.
notice how vehicles and comments are geared towards leaving downtown to get to somewhere else . pathetic . Sharpen up mayor and you money hungry tax collectors . Downtown is a dead issue . I use it to go from the west end to the east end while driving . that's it .
Congratulations on making it to Canada my friend. Love seeing the downtown Windsor area

no it's the 401 at rush hour . It's as bad as Los Angeles with about 8 lanes either way. Real fun merging onto that at 60mph
6:23 The Vanity Theater was located right where the yellow hydrant is. I saw Midnight Cowboy here in 1969. Thanks for the memories.
Merci Mike ! je découvre des villes que je connais pas :)
Vous êtes les bienvenus

My Son Ankur lives here(downtown Windsor)
Watching this video made me feel nostalgic.
Thank you so much for Sharing this 🙏
❤❤ beautiful Canada
Windsor is basically a suburb of Detroit, which happens to be in a different country 😀
It has a different vibe than detroit
@@BabyMaharaja0What is the différence !?
yeah but a nice suburb
I really miss Windsor, just moved back to Chatham after spending eight in Windsor
beautiful ❤
Can't figure out why this is a no-comment video Mileage Mike, but love that you made it to Canada and love your Windsor tour. Nice footage.
Don't really do commentary on this channel but I'll talk about my experience in Canada on the other channel in the coming months.
Is housing affordable in Windsor? Do they have good health care system or good hospitals?

Windsor, our Canadian friends south of us on the USA southern border
WE MADE IT EVERYONE
Can't wait to see you attempt to drive through downtown Toronto. Don't envy anyone who has to do that lol
Probably second only to NYC that I’ve experienced as far as difficulty driving downtown.

Mike, how long were you detained at the Canadian customs/immigration? or did they just let you pass on through?

Is it easy to find work at Windsor as a student ?
Ahh you must’ve used the tunnel. Some Canadian highway content coming soon? 👀🔥
Soon!
you didn't show any of the crummy areas
I wonder why the Canadian flag was flying at half-staff?
Took you 23 minutes to find a Tim Horton's, eh? Beware the 401 and QEW on the way to Toronto.
On this video yes but I soon realized the tthey're everywhere in Ontario.
They're almost everywhere in the Detroit area.
