The inflatable board plus the crusier 1800 is great for beginners with some anxieties about riding an efoil! Props to hawaiian watersports putting kailua on the map!

Teaching friends and family is so rewarding though... But I can understand that instructing and being instructed, might not be for everyone, pending relationships and scenarios.
I definitely agree that a good lesson with good communication and equipment is helpful. Foiling is different enough from any other boardsport that taking a lesson is a good idea for any new foil rider.
Previous boardsport/ watersports experience in **some* cases can be an obstacle in the form of overconfidence. You have to be humble enough to respect the amazing differences.

Teaching friends and family is always rewarding for me. However, teaching significant others can get interesting. I've observed major fights over teaching snowboarding from significant others. Such as, "You're yelling at me!"
I always find that one is funny because you can't whisper to someone when they are 15 feet away and other people are carving around you.
However, I do believe everyone would benefit from a lesson while efoiling.

@@Andrew-vt4jt there's always the rewards of continuing to ride and progress together moving forward. 🤙😎
The biggest marriage testing ground in recreational atmosphere I've ever seen is on the launch ramp when launching and/or retrieving a boat... Yet another great thing about e-surfing: no need for a trailer, ramp, and all that stuff.
All that said, my wife is even less inclined to sports. Maybe someday I'll have my favorite person join me in my favorite place, doing my favorite thing. 🤞

@@Andrew-vt4jt I’m on singer island next to west palm beach. I am a block from the ocean and it six blocks from the intercoastal you could ride for miles here. Have you rode the Segway GT2 yet? I’m thinking of buying one and getting rid of my vsett 11+super 72. The ride quality on it sucks.

@Mongi we just got the GT2. I rode it a few months back and love it. Excited to ride it more and share our experience. What's wrong with your VSETT 11+?
That area sounds like a perfect place to Fliteboard.

@@Andrew-vt4jt this is my first scooter coming from riding my monster pro for the past two years. First off the throttle sucks big dead spot and it’s always on and off style of riding.Motor controller let go the first hundred miles. Lost front motor input . brake rotors worp real bad, got a rear flat, what a pain in the ass to change and I had to use a hammer to straighten out the rotor. Burn through rear brake pads in 400 miles. Scooter died on me again and come to find out the rear motor hall sensor is bad so now I just plug the sensor into the front wheel hall sensor and it works fine. At least they use all stainless steel bolts throughout the scooter. I did the motor controller under warranty, but I’m not gonna deal with the rear wheel for now. It’s up for sale too. $2700 with updated center display.
