At first I was thinking incredibles because the see through roads kinda looked like frozone's ice path. But then you said swinging about 5 times and it clicked. The nostalgia rushed back in my head and nickle back started playing in my head. And they say that a hero can save us I'm not going to stand here and wait.
Typically in trackmania the skill finish is an entirely different finish, especially on "full speed" tracks where you never tap brake, it'll have for example a finish that you can only make if you have sufficient speed to make a jump, but if you don't have the speed you have to go the long way without the jump shortcut to either the same finish or another further finish. Cool track idea! Definitely rainbow road vibes
A very good themed track. Don't worry about the other guys complaint. Everyone was finishing it so it wasn't hard and a few got the skill finish, so it was a well balanced track. Well done.
13:15 I would love to see a map where you can go wherever you want: multiple pathways, be able to ride on a flat wall (with fans behind), high speed, no checkpoints, just get to the finish. I think that city map would a good template for a cool map. A cheese using fans behind a flat wall would be cool as well
My way of understanding and explaining different kinds of shortcuts. (Unofficial names) 1) Cheating "Cheese" Not usually intended for others, only the creator(s) would know. Still possible for everyone though. Can include glitching. 2) Shortcut "Cheese" An intended for use path that is typically easy. Not necessarily obvious or even its own full route. 3) Unintended/Real Cheese Exploit paths being used as a shortcut Can be theorized or found later. Uses glitches or just an unintended route. 4) Risky "Cheese" A route that is intended for difficult use. May be a shortcut or may be a skip. Usually an obvious route but hard to achieve, giving some but not full incentive to take the route in scenarios such as racing or no one else gets it and time runs out so no need to get that specific route. Shortcut being it uses an extra track pieces in the skip, jump, boost, anything. Skip being it does not remove nor add track mass to the map but is intended to go from 1 to the other. Other kinds that I know of. *Think in a Mario Kart sense Extra 1) Assist Usually an item that helps you save time, usually used to catch up. Extra 2) Conditioned Shortcut "Cheese" Shortcuts that require a condition to use, such as items. They were indeed intended as a shortcut. Extra 3) Item Only Cheese An unintended skip that can be made possible with certain conditions, like when you use items for instance. Technically there is more but whatever.
Yo thought id give a lil trick i learned, if you scale that grid roof block up and place it flat against the skyscraper faces it gives the impression that they’re window frames while keeping cost effective n easy. Absolutely love the track dude, keep it up
YOO Trackmania is my favorite game and noone in NA plays it. You guys should do some maps and stuff in it. Idk if you have already, but I haven't found anything on the channel.
One theme could be easy medium expert, impossible, and make a track with different ways reashing the finish. The impossible could be one where you have to use a glitch to be able to finish.
I has a question. And I the weird one for always skipping the track overview so I can see it at the same time as everyone else in the multiplayer portion?
What about map in style of anthill, you will climb then drop in and it will be like huge maze with some obsticle like ant, some roots, mby something like rat and goal is get to queen XD
I find it interesting how you guys call shortcuts or skips “cheeses”. I had never heard that before I would always say oh there’s a shortcut on this map or oh there’s a skip here. So because of that I still call it a shortcut or a skip when it saves time to the intended finish, however I know refer to “hidden” finishes you guys place, like a second finish that isn’t even the one you’re “intended” to get to, as a cheese finish. But I think it’s good to differentiate the 2. I think it makes more sense to call that a cheese vs just the ability to shortcut a track or skip a part of a track or do some kind of trick on a track that isn’t just refining the racing line and calling that a cheese as well. But that’s just me loo
Its so weird hearing them say "cheese". I am used to using "cheese" for unintended ways of finishing, like how you can "cheese" levels in Mario Maker if the creator forgets to put a roof.
i like that kan differentiated between cheese and risky finish, a cheesy is something easy but hidden, a risky finish is obvious but hard
5:43
kAN- “you don’t want to go off the end on any of them by the way”
Also kAN- goes off the end of the next jump he takes
The protagonist of this track idea is the only web developer that enjoys finding bugs

I was thinking the same thing
idk man i think you are more right then kan
Spiddy Mon...?

Love the idea of a skill finish. More tracks like that.. even with entire easy/skill choice sections. :)
its risky fin in trackmania
Scrap man, scrapman, does whatever a scrapper kan.
I jumped around the crane on the right, and I did a corkscrew off the edge of the third jump so I would get in that fan faster.
My first guess was spiderman, but then you said swinging so i knew it was harry potter
Risky finish instead of cheeses +1. Great track, loved how you translated the theme / movie into the track!
With the colour of the track pieces it looks more like Frozone in The Incredibles
Yeah that's what I thought it was initially
I thought Amazing Spider-Man. At least when I saw the crane.
@@Valacar Yeah the crane is what made me realise
@@Valacar Yea once he said "swinging" and started emphasizing that, I knew it was spiderman
9:21 kAN be like: "I'm gonna do what's called a pro gamer move"
A very good themed track. Don't worry about the other guys complaint. Everyone was finishing it so it wasn't hard and a few got the skill finish, so it was a well balanced track. Well done.
That was awesome. Right at the end you could tell ten people exactly made the skill shot finish.
13:15 I would love to see a map where you can go wherever you want: multiple pathways, be able to ride on a flat wall (with fans behind), high speed, no checkpoints, just get to the finish. I think that city map would a good template for a cool map.

The track is clearly themed after "the incredibles" because those are frozones ice ramps.
I'm pretty sure it's Spooderman. He was emphasizing that you were swinging in the start of the video.
Thanks for all the great videos kAN you really are one of my favorite content creators.

this is probably my third time asking for this, but I want to see some maze themed tracks from you guys
You should totally do a rainbow road theme one of these days
You often mention aspects of your tracks that you took from Trackmania and personally, I would LOVE to see you make Trackmania videos!
A track where you have to find the fastest route and it can be taken multiple ways? That could be a cool idea.
I'm tickled how regular Yannic is becoming in these videos.
This is a next level track, pretty damn cool
Really enjoyed this one! And an idea for a future theme - I'd love to see some Zeepkist tracks based on real-life race tracks... maybe F1 circuits?
main problem is mult-lap tracks suck
I really like this track. It's not hard, your friends just need to get good
"With great meals comes great responsibility." - Ratatouille's Uncle, probably
YOO Trackmania is my favorite game and noone in NA plays it. You guys should do some maps and stuff in it. Idk if you have already, but I haven't found anything on the channel.
That jump was so effing clean
You guys always make the vids when it’s night here and I’m asleep so I never get to join
Lookout! Here comes the Spider-Kan!
One theme could be easy medium expert, impossible, and make a track with different ways reashing the finish. The impossible could be one where you have to use a glitch to be able to finish.
Spooder Man Spooder man can do whatever a Spooder can…
I would love to see a two paths theme or slow and steady vs quick and risky theme or any such variation
3:05 I hope there’s going to be kacky in zeepkist at some point.
Just take any Dapper's map...
Big long-term fan of your videos
Although this is a spiderman theme, this looks like "Where is my super suit?!" to me
T1 track for real bro. Youve got skills fo sho
SpiderkAN, SpiderkAN, does whatever a SpiderkAN does....
Spoiderman Spoiderman
Does whatever a zeepkist can
Skill finish as a theme?
Great track kAN!
Next theme should be wallrides
This track is definitely magneto
I was LITTERLY watching you, scrapman, cosmo and dapper and surprise surprise kan uploaded zeepkist😂
Spooderman
Just watched the other guys tracks and was wondering where your’s was lol
I think the map is the classic hero man spider, a man made entirely of a sentient spider colony
Do a hard track where you purposely make it seem hard but have a hidden cheese that they can find to get a time, but make the harder way faster.
Amazing spiderman
5:10 funny thing, i'm making rainbow road from Mario Kart WII
Ah, so that's how the second half of the track looks like. Nice idea with the finish, but maybe make the next track not expert level? :D
Great track, what about railroad theme in the future?
imagine how fun it would be if the cars had collision :)
"Swing"
IZ IT SPIDER MAN
Spiderman. Nice track kan
Is the movie inspiration Arachnid Guy?
And I thought dapper was the only one to purposefully implement cheeses.
just to be precise in trackmania some map have what you call a safe finish and a risky finish
Next theme idea: Secret 'Press Forward' Track!
It's an idea from Trackmania.
I know that kAN has done it earlier but only he's done it and not others.
I can see that being cool but almost impossible due to the semi-random physics
@@sleepycatguy3059 yeah. That's the main problem about it.
the clear roads kinda looks like ice *WHERE'S MY SUPER SUIT*
A track that you'll run out of time unless you cheese the track.
14 seconds in I see the ice paths, Incredibles?!?!
You could do a rooms theme. Like your last Scrap Mechanic hide and seek videos, just in Zeepkist.
Just a tip, making a risky finished should be more of a speed check than accuracy test
what about a track that has fans underneath it but these fans spin at different powers, making gravity more or less effective at certain areas?
I has a question. And I the weird one for always skipping the track overview so I can see it at the same time as everyone else in the multiplayer portion?
Theme idea: baseball diamond!
The movie idea is def a spiderman film just not sure which one
Spider man that’s the theme
is the movie spider-man?
edit: nailed it! XD
Spiderman? Spiderman.
Y’all should try making maps based off the county fair
I know the franchise but not the movie. There's too many man 😂
Impressive!
I just had an idea for a course... Crash course. Where you have tofinish the course in the crash state. =D
How about a Castle theme? ;)
Track idea: each chose one of the 4 players, so kan could do dapper - dapper could do scrapman - scrapman do comso and cosmo kan.
There might be a riskier finish, if you jump at the finish from the rooftop from the rightmost ramp at an angle you might just get it
Clearly its the incredibles and the glass is ice
my first guess was spider man
It's either Turbo or Spiderman in my mind
It is like expert bike jumps
Guy should do a water park theme make the big water slides you go do by yourself or in those tubes
That was cool
What about map in style of anthill, you will climb then drop in and it will be like huge maze with some obsticle like ant, some roots, mby something like rat and goal is get to queen XD
Kan I can't believe you did Spiderman
Best guess is any spider man film
Theme Idea:
Dad jokes.
soon as i saw the first jump and city... oh spider man...
obviously spiderman
Was the movie spiderman?
This is clearly in reference to Lord of the Rings
It's either Spiderman or Frozone from the Incredibles

Yeah, imo it's cheese if it's easier than or trivializes part of the normal path.
Its so weird hearing them say "cheese". I am used to using "cheese" for unintended ways of finishing, like how you can "cheese" levels in Mario Maker if the creator forgets to put a roof.
Theme: cheese
hay kan i love you
zeeprider
(line rider)
make more trailmakers vids i love watching the vids
Incredibles
