Chanel needs a loving permanent or foster home in L.A.!

My cat rescue has been helping lots of dogs lately and little Chanel, an adorable 7-year-old little Shiz Tzu, needs a home. She and another dog lived in a car in L.A. with a loving guardian who lost her home and could no longer take care of them and she asked me to take them and find them homes.
