how do I start the exchange of punches, here I have to hit the green bar, how do I do it, I'm only in difficulty here

hold the X button to start the trade, n hold the x down until its hitting the bar at the top NOT the normal green bar, hold x down longer till you reach the top n it should work

I have a question for ranked play did I just need to play the 5 games and get placed in a ranked and just wait 66 days for the end of the season or is there more I have to do? I’m in gold ATM it says 87 RP to next ranked next to placed I’m not even sure what that means wondering if you knew
