High Velocity - Mountain Racing Challenge, known as Touge King: The Spirits, in Japan, is a racing game developed by Cave and published by Atlus for theSega Saturn.
It focuses on one-on-one races staged on circuits made from Japanese mountain roads, featuring Japanese performance cars. It was only released in Japan and in North America.

@r33mote I couldnt find credits for this game, I've even looked at the manual but there's nothing. The dodonpachi composers arent credited with this game when I looked.
