@@kenalpha3 Hi! It's linked at the end of this video, but you can also check out the Prototype playthrough here: ruclips.net/video/MHwdMBagLKI/видео.html
I’ve been following this game awhile, and everyone makes that comparison. I’ve been replaying Blasphemous to prep for the sequel and while I see the similarities, this feels a little more castlevania-esque. Yes, in aesthetic; dark Victorian era, protag looks like he might be a vamp/infected like bloodborne (also Victorian era themed) but also in combat. Especially given the trailers there’s a much larger focus on variety and flexibility, as I’ve seen swords, greatswords, curved swords, scythes, rifles, pistols, whips, throwables, and a variety of spells. Not a knock on blasphemous at all bc it’s just a creative decision (that they executed very well) but for Blas they went with a much more specific identity for what they wanted their protag’s combat to play like.
Blasphemous feels a bit more Baroque than Gothic, aesthetically at least. The overall design is more ornate and intricate and the colors more vivid. Gothic stuff tends to be more geometric and muted.
I love your constant "silent protagonist" style of gameplay videos. It's very interesting just observing your actions to understand what you're thinking when you approach a problem. Another fantastic video; I've watched a lot of yours.
If I'm not mistaken I discovered this game thanks to your first video covering this a while back. Later on even skillup mentioned the game in his news roundup.
Minor/common enemies still seem like their HP is way too high. I feel like it would get annoying after awhile to take so many hits just to kill them. Other than that it looks amazing.

Clearly "Aria of sorrow" soul feels in it. Will be glad to see it go live. A lot of people tried to overcome castlevania, not much to succeeded though.
NONE have succeeded in overcoming "Castlevania." Especially not any of the 2D "Dark Souls" clones I've seen. "Blasphemous" was okay, but not really replayable.
