Question: I get a strong tingle sensation starting from my toes and slowly moves up toward my head. The tingle (the feeing when your arm has fallen asleep or something) is something I can’t tolerate and I always move that area.
What is happening and what should I do? Ignore it? People say is that I have opened my “third eye” *shrugs* something about astral. I look forward toward your reply and anyone is welcome to suggest too.
Listen to yourself. What do you think? No one else knows what is happening in you--we hardly even know what is happening in us! ;-)
That said, maybe kundalini awakening...can get unbearable and must move. We put it back to sleep. But we are awakening now despite our best efforts to go back to sleep. Good luck. Joy in your journey.
