Story:
Hero and Kate were partners at some point
but then a guy manipulated Kate into thinking that Hero did something bad
Kate fell for it and ended up cheating on Hero
The manipulator died in an accident
Hero was pushed to being a villain after not getting accepted by villages and the cheating thing, killing innocent people
Hero wouldnt put up with Kate’s excuses and apologies either, he couldnt trust her
Kate fell into drinking and smoking and the pair is still mad at each other

this is an amazing theory and i want to pin! but can u edit some things in this?
basically the guy that manipulated Kate died in an accident. Hero never tried to take revenge on him, Hero was so nice before as u can see from his face changing like his hair and his gaze. then after the cheating thing and how people treated after he got lost and was not accepted in other villages, he slowly turned into someone so evil, killed innocent people, and whenever Kate tried to apologize or be back with him he refused, he couldnt trust her, but nor did listen to her excuse. In the part where they were drinking, they were too drunk to remember they were mad at each other, they just remembered they were in love. but the next day hero dissapeared, leaving kate with her only ''friends'' again.

(i may have watched tourner dans le vide meme way too many times *cough*) welp i dont think its a theory anymore...
so kate loves hero, hero loves kate but kate is afraid that hero will see her 'dark side' so she can't confess her love to hero, so she pretended that she had a crush on jetter ( but jetter loves sprint oop) so it didnt work out too
and 0:19 that is the scene when hero kills everyone in the village and burns it down so he gets a revenge

Theory:
Hero and Kate once were partners, but Hero and Kate had a discussion *maybe about saying they need to break up* and that upset Kate.
Kate is crying bc of what Hero said to her. Which caused him to show his true side, they used to go out on dates in the pub.
Whatever happened that night made Hero go out to fight. Kate is struggling because of the breakup so she tries helping herself by smoking.

Alrighty I'm gonna give a shot at theorizing....
Kate is close (Romantically, friends maybe family idk) with some guy, who is manipulating her. Kate finds out/figures out or he says something. So she leaves She meets Hero, a guy she likes at the bar. Kate sees Hero do something that upsets her or reveals something. Kate drinks and smokes as an unhealthy coping mechanism to deal with the situation that just occurred. Idk if that's anywhere close. Spectacular animation though! 💕
