Can.feel that way to others but, not necessarily dominant. Esp with growing age, mars gets mature. Dominating is more of an inaccurate / negative way to look at it. They are strong headed, determined people, too intense for others to handle. So what others may see as dominant, may just be their lack to keep up with the power and intensity of a leader like, highly determined individual. A negative mars creates a dominating personality. A positive mars like Ruchak Mahapurush creates a par excellence leader who has many talents to share with the world

As I have a belief that it is derived from some mythological belief maybe the 5 Pandavas from mahabharat. To your question. I am an Aries ascendent with Mars in Lagna. Saturn in 10th house. Forms 2 out of 5 panch mahapurusha yoga I did faced a lot of impulse and anger when I see anything wrong as mars is in the lagna. The 7th house has my moon. To harness mars energy I workout a lot as it keeps my mind (moon) at peace and I am able to deal with it in a better way I always feel strong but as I turned 28 under saturn mahadasha I feel mars has substantially calmed down and I am able to derive positive energy from it. Also since jupiter is looking at mars from my 5th house keeps me in check and sane a bit. I learnt a lot from you. You are a guru. Naman from a shishya.
Two observations..... 1. I have Ruchaka mahapurush yoga in 7th house of navmansa chart from cancer ascendant ( sun in cancer ascendant)...mars alone in capricorn ( exalted ) 7th house in navmansa chart. Very True....I find myself Very dominating Even in marital relationship......... 2. I have Saturn with ketu in 7th house ( capricorn ) from moon sign ( cancer) moon with rahu in lagna chart. So this means according to you a Sash mahapurush yoga is in my birthchart. But i find from my own lifespan of 57 years till now....nothing great in my life has happened .I have a very ordinary life.... Except that I am dominating..... Nothing exceptional..... Do mahapurush yoga either in birthchart ( from moon sign)... Or in navmansa chart from lagna sign really work.... I have big Doubts.....

I have mars in 4th in Aries with venus and mercury. Haven't achieved anything really. But this might be because i have saturn aspecting mars from the 7th house. So who knows? Maybe later in life? Yes they do. If they are in D1. If they are in D1 and D9 both, best. Just in D9 makes the combination not as imp, but indicates growing of those values / characteristics as one gets older.or more mature.

Depends how.closely conjunct they are. Typically sun and mars gives lot of will power to climb the career ladder over time (more success likely later in life, the older u get, the better for your career). Depends on Saturn's position and your mahadasha too

That along with being cancer asc., best for you to get married after age 35 or if you marry before, the likelihood of getting a more supportive partner.in 2nd marriage is high..again depends on how your entire chart looks like, meaning other planets, combinations, degrees, etc

I have this Mars by itself in Scorpio/10th house. My experience is that it does tend to make a person intense, goal oriented and driven.
