This was one of the original ideas I had for the series - I had some 2nd thoughts about the pigments I chose, among other things, but I was really pleased how it turned out for my first pigment stamping. Only 2 more days of the series left ... and I think you guys know what's coming next for the finale =)
Hmmm i have a feeling it might involve water 🤔 which reminds me of a design you did a couple years ago where you had some opalescent sinful colors who looked totally different over black than they did over white. Very that theme 😁
I have loved each and every one of the "12 Days of Christmas" this year! The "day" snowflakes have slightly edged out the "night" but both are beautiful and so festive - thank you for this series and all your work.
The night version looks lush. I've never seen pigment stamping before, I love the effect. The day version's nice too though. Last years suger plum mani was the one that first got me to check out the full length tute. Never thought I'd watch 5 or 6hr straight but i loved every minute!
I'm glad you enjoyed! I know the extended versions aren't for everyone but I think a lot of people use them like a podcast/in the background, or if they want to see how long a particular mani really took.
I like the day betta with these two, but these two days were difficult to choose from, cause I am not to into white nails, but U always dew a great job on your 💅🏽.... 😇
This is such a cool idea!!! I'm going back through your videos to research stamping supplies because I'm finally ready to get some of my own. I had no idea you could use pigments on stampers! Now I need to get those, too! It looks amazing!!
@@MSLP Good to know! Also, I was surprised you were able to use a normal top coat over the pigment. Is it just seche vite that works or do you think any top coat would work? From what I've seen in other pigment videos, they have to use gel polish or water based top coat. Or is that just for the chrome nail powders?
@@Prescilla24 The top coat did change the finish of the chrome a bit, but since it was just a stamped design, rather than like a buffed mirror finish mani, I didn't mind the little bit of crinkle.
If you mean my livestream archives, those almost always have an edited tutorial to go with them, unless it's a plain mani. I try to make them easy to tell apart by the thumbnails.
Love it.. Should of went for a lighter color though for base color to show those snowflakes off more.. Can u give link to where you got the plate with S flakes pls.?
It's the MoYou London Festive 02 plate but I don't know if it's one they still sell - I wasn't able to find it on amazon but I didn't check their direct site.
Beautiful!!! 😍😍😍😍👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼
Super nice explanation! Thank you!! 🥰
Nice idea! ❄
Amazing as always 🙂

I like them both very good
Ty for sharing this. I will be doing this for sure. Merry Christmas 🎄🎁
I love this. And because of you i still use the top coat you use. I still do water marble because I learned from you. Your still awesome at it.
Wow, super👍😻🙋
I love this technique! I'm going to have to try this. Thanks for making this video!
Very pretty! That’s a cool technique. I’m gonna try it out. The day and night ones of this style are both really pretty.
Super pretty design :D

Pigment stamping is really neat! The pigments can cloud a clear stamper though so it's good to use a spare.

The snowflakes are quite hard to see in the ring light. The outdoors shot made them stand out more
Can you use thise pigments right on the plate?
Maybe? This was the technique I had seen before, I haven't experimented with other ways too much.
Wait.... so you don't need to have that little uv light thing to use these pigments?????!!
If you want a true mirror finish with them, I've found gels work best, but they're absolutely useable with regular polish too!
I've never bought pigments because I don't want to use gel, but now that I know this..... my bank account won't be thrilled
Thanks! 🤗
Love this. I have not watched in a while your videos are usually too long. I have always enjoyed your channel so creative
