- Finally getting around to finishing my box. Used my term-pro software and made it a breeze 👍🏽 I should have a demo vid coming up next week. Still have to wire the back-end up. You can check the progress and other projects of mine on IG (@210hammon) Enjoy 👍🏽
Thank you for building the box the right size. Many people always feel because the sub is 15 Inch the box should be huge and then when the sub damage they say the sub is of poor quality.
🤙🏽 your more than welcome. Yes, it can definitely be a misconception. All comes down to the manufactures specifications and subwoofer parameters. People would see the box and that’s the first thing noticed. But after they heard it…it made since 😆

5 chamber box is the best way to make a ported box always hits the hardest

that port looks kinda small but DAMNNNN is that a clean ass box, whyd you remove the screws?
Andrew Elrose - Thought the same myself, but ran the numbers through my software and here were are 🤷🏽♂️ Removed the screws because I didn't wanna waste them. Once that glue set up, it was solid-no gaps. Plus I needs to re-use them on the bottom, didn't have enough 😂😂
Well done once again. Hate I cannot find 1" Baltic/Russian Birch at local hardware stores for my sub box build. 3/4" will not be enough for my 2 15" Fi Neo 4.11s on 20k W. Not looking fwd to gluing two 1/2" pieces together. Where do u acquire 1" Birch from? Assuming you use it)
Thanks bro! I was checking out that review you posted the other day, about the different type wires/gauges/lugs. Very informative stuff 👌🏽 As for the Birch, unfortunately my customer base doesn’t require the use of Birch, let alone Russian Baltic 🤭🤭 That’s some expensive stuff right there. I believe Lowe’s/ Home Depot can order it in, but don’t stock it. Thanks for checking in and the comment bro 👌🏽 I’ll be on the lookout for your build.

I had a Synergy 4.5k, at one ohm 👌🏾
I had an 8000.1 taramps full range amp on there that was pushing both of them but I want to get 2amps this time. Either a bass mono 5000.1 2 of them or another 8000.1 full range per sub
Please hit me back if u have any suggestions cause I'm still working on my inside speakers and trying to bypass this BS factory amp

Von Hoyte - If you can your hands on a single HCCA 3k or 3k, you’ll be set. Amp dynos are off the chart. Or since your into full range amps, you might look at a Wolfram-O series 8k.

wow can I get the specs on the box and port I have about 24-26 inches deep and around 40-42 width and about 17 high . I am laying box down not if I should face woofers right behind fold down back seat or dace backwards ?? anyone this is for 2 hcca 15 inch subs . an whats wrong with a sealed box I think tighter cleaner bass to I like the box tuned to around 40-42 HZ in ported
devin p - I’ll try and find the specs on this one. I faced mine up, because I wanted to see the subs flexing. These perform well in sealed boxes as well. Bass was tight, low and clean in this ported box.
