My learning out of this flight experience: maybe have less drinks and book a longer flight so that I can catch some sleep and create better video footage 😂 What was your first experience in First Class like? What should be the next cabin product that I review?
Good lesson. When I first started flying cross country for business, always in first class, they'd ply you with drinks. I'd arrive with dry mouth and fuzzy head, badly hung over, but for the longest time I blamed my condition on jet lag. :)
First class flights are like a poisoned chalice! You’re ruined for life because you can never fly economy again 😭
Will be great if you could review the SQ suites 😃
@@Rob_Cantor I felt exactly the same... Luckily Emirates offers plenty of showers in their Business Class lounge in Dubai - which I made use of immediately to feel refreshed before my 9,5 hour flight to Bali.
@@rollie206 That would be a dream!
Very nice review. I hope one day I get to experience First Class travel! Cheers!
Thank you :) I hope that you get to experience First Class anytime soon!
Looks incredible. Thanks for showing another great flight review!
Thank you for your feedback 🙏🏼
So cool dude!! Definitely a bucket list item!
100% - I was so excited to finally be in one of those suites. 😄 The only question is: what‘s next?
Was eine geile Qualität! Bitte mehr davon 🙌🏼🙏🏼
Danke dir 🙌🏼 More to come very soon
This video deserves more views!! Very well filmed and elaborated. BTW I love flying with Emirates.
Thank you so much :)
Ist das gut, fantastisch!
Vielen Dank :)
What a pleasure to see how Julius's technical skills and narrative flair have evolved. His videos are always a treat. Now here's my question about Emirates' first class suite: What's the deal with the beverage bar? Why would passengers settle for room temperature drinks when the flight attendants are happy to bring them drinks in a glass with ice?
Thank you so much, Rob :) To be honest, I asked myself the same question. I did not touch any item in the beverage bar or the snack basket. I assume people would need it on a 12+ hour flight when they wake up after a good nap? Maybe there‘s a situation where you don‘t want to wait for any stewardess and grab a drink by yourself without being disturbed. 😄 But that‘s a wild guess - it‘s still fun to play around with haha
Finally, the video's out - been waiting for it for weeks :) I agree with the others here in the comment section, your narration, riveting cinematic presentations, and video editing skills have certainly evolved. Personally, I am inclined to love airline experience videos like this, because of the succinct yet simple and not overly exaggerated review, with a calming tone. Many channels now unfortunately have become more theatrical and contrived for the sake of attention and annoying and misleading click baits - which resulted in the videos becoming cringy and overpromised.
Thank you Syahidi! I really appreciate your honest feedback on my videos and my editing style. Unlike most other Aviation Bloggers I try stay away from any unnecessary criticism and click bait. I'm not here for any attention - I simply enjoy flying and creating videos :)
Dear sir you explain things very nice
Thank you :) I try my best to showcase my experience in my videos
What a great flight and experience u had! Loving EK even more! Will definitely fly w them real soon! 🤟🏼❤️
Thank you John :) Where do you want to go onboard Emirates?
@@FlyAround DXB ofc and work with Emirates ❤️🤟🏼
@@johnchristianmendiola1459 That sounds like a fantastic plan. Enjoy :)
Nice bro
Thank you so much :)
Hi Julius! How are you? I watched this video with a huge grin on my face😁 I'm so happy that you were able to experience this! I'm still waiting for my chance of that. I must say - that first class totally suits you and you look like you belong there. How did you like the caviar for the very first time? I personally love caviar, but it has to be a good one. And I'm sure Emirates offer only the best. Have a lovely time - wherever you are going to. Waiting for you next video! Greetings from Ontario🤗
Hi Anita :) I'm doing great at the moment. How are you doing in Ontario? This flight experience was beyond everything I could have dreamed of - the caviar was fantastic as well... I'm not an expert but I trust Emirates with their choice of Persian caviar. In a few days I will work on the onward flight in Business Class from Dubai to Denpasar. :) I hope to see you there.
@@FlyAround A year ago I left my job at the CAA corporation and took sometime off to relax a bit. The work situation was very stressful in the last couple of years. However just last week I signed a contract with another travel agency - to be working from home on my own terms. So I can work with whom I want and how much I want. I haven't been for almost 3 years on a plane, which is unheard of for me, as I used to fly somewhere every month, or two. The "pandemic" changed a lot. We took more cats and have 13 of them now, plus we bought another house 150 km north from us in a town near lake Huron. So we live right now at two houses and we still have our cottage. Lots of places to visit. In 2020 and 2021 - we saved two orphaned baby raccoons and they spent some time at home with us, before being released to the wild. One was named C*vid (2020)and the other one Fayzer (2021) 😆 They both thought that I was their mom and Fayzer especially was attached to me. Have a look at this video. It's in Polish, but you can see how that little one was ruling the whole house. Here is the title: REAKCJA NASZYCH KOTKÓW 🙀 NA MAŁEGO SZOPA PRACZA 🦝 ŻYCIE W KANADZIE 🇨🇦 Looking forward to see your next video and have fun in Indonesia. Safe travels!
The Arabic Mezze is really delicious but I agree with your comments on the steak and WC. Looking forward to hearing your review on the 777 business class 😀
I knew you‘d agree with my points of criticism. 😄 After watching your review on their Business Class product, I can‘t wait to edit mine! Thank you for your support
@@FlyAround you’re so very welcome! It will also make me really happy if you could leave me a comment on my Emirates A380 video 👍😀
@@rollie206 I've already seen it a few months ago... If I would rewatch it now I'd certainly get jealous because of all the space and luxury you experienced compared to my flight on their B777 :D
@@FlyAround Torture yourself then 😂
I just flew 2 first class flights with emirates and I am a bit skeptical about the recent experience. On the first one me and my wife were the only passengers so the service was phenomenal! The food was just decent enough though.
The 2nd one the service was decent but not what I expect from first class but the food was top notch though.
I have to say that the ground and lounge experience is the highlight for me. The food in the lounge was amazing and I really enjoyed the less busy lounge compared to their business class.
I would really pay extra to fly first just so I could skip on the very busy business lounge.
The business lounge at peak times is extremely crowded in Dubai and makes it hard for any passenger to enjoy… Is the first class lounge so much better at all given times? I‘d love to experience it as well :)
@@FlyAround I mean it’s not that crazy. But it’s still pretty good. Decent sushi good wayyy burger. The desserts were really nice and presentation was like I’m at a 5 star restaurant.
It’s just better than some mass cooked business class food personally.
@@zakiullah1994 Well still worth giving it a shot I‘d say :) Sadly there was no First Class offered on the B777 on my connecting flight so I need to come back to Dubai asap to try out the FC lounge.
Can you fly kuwait airways frankfurt to kuwait oman air Muscat to frankfurt gulf air Bahrain to London Saudia Airline jeddah to Frankfurt
Very informative video, thanks! Have to remember to avoid the B777, as the bathroom is one of the best features of flying Emirates 1st class. The same with most other airlines, Airbus tends to be always better than Boeing.
Yep - if the A380 is available make sure to book a ticket on that flight rather than flying on the B777. Thank you so much for watching Louise :)
This is an A380 first class
No, it‘s not 😄 The A380 would offer a massiver bathromm with showers
