The recipe is good, just add the peppercorns and bayleaf in jar then push in the onions and then the brine, this way the peppercorns won't.float.to.the top

It's one of my go-to toppings, I'll have to give your recipe a try. I typically do it with just white vinegar, water, and salt. I bet the flavor on these is amazing

Let me know if you try it and what you think. These are awesome on literally everything. I had them with my eggs this morning! I like the red wine vinegar as it maintains a lot more of the red color. I’ve tried it with JUST red wine vinegar but the flavor is a bit too strong for me which is why I cut it with white wine vinegar. Thanks for watching!

I’ve looked a bit into this, and not entirely sure what the sweet red pickled garlic would be. Where have you had it or seen it? And what’s it served with? That will help point me in the right direction to get on this. I’m intrigued!

It's greek originally I only ever seem to find it at Christmas markets and greek deli stands.
I think it's sweet pickle garlic that's then marinated in a red chilli sauce.
I'll see if I can find some at the next market and get a pic
