This is the first video I have found to be true. I stopped and changed what I eat. I added a lot more veggies and started juicing. I also watched how much I eat. I try to eat at least one to two days a week of lower calories and higher veggies and so far after 4 weeks not one pound has come back. I am going to start walking 30 min. a day. I also drink a ton of water. I have peace about this journey. I do not believe everyone has to be on this for life. It is a lot about working on not emotional eating.
Thank you! Very informative! I’m trying to really focus on better habits I don’t want to be on this forever! The dude effects make me feel awful sometimes
Hmmm. It's a life long struggle... There are many people who eat whatever and never gain weight and it's quite frustrating... When you see them all around you and you are the odd one out who has to say no to desserts and everything else where as others can getaway with it...
Yes, I agree That is frustrating. However, over half of the country is overweight and over a third is obese. So anybody struggling with this is not isolated. Every patient I see feels that exact same way. They look around themselves and they think that it's easier for the people around them. They don't realize that that's how a bunch of people feel. Now part of the reason it's hard for certain people is because of their microflora. Certain microflora, bacteria, will make additional calories available for people to absorb. So there certainly is a variability from person to person. Of course metabolism, influenced by age and activity level, is also another factor. Thank you for your comments :-)
I have watched a few of these, this is by far the first one. Thank you for sharing. I really feel empowered.
Thank you for your feedback. I'm glad you can see the use in the approach i shared
