Former Chief Justice Carpio urges gov’t to file new arbitration case against China

Retired Supreme Court Senior Associate Justice Antonio Carpio is urging the government to file a new arbitration case against China.
He stated that following the Philippines' submission of its extended continental shelf to the United Nations last month, it is now necessary to pursue another arbitration which he said is what China fears the most.

Its true when it comes to per country comparison. But if we compared it to a composite team of allied nations of our country china is just a dot We have a lot of cases has been filled already but china dont mine those cases. What we need now for our PCG and AFP personnel can move freely is just a memorandum, or executive order or a law giving the full responsibility to enforce our sovereign laws by any means.
