    In those trainings I'm hoping they are stressing the importance of upholding marker prices on these stones so that everyone gets their fair share.

    A government that appears to actually want to help poor people not get ripped off. Well done! It's just a shame that these poor very hardworking people may get ripped off for another 10 years. Isn't it a pity that none of our so-called charities can't lend a hand in helping these people get a fair price for their incredibly dangerous labour.

      Africa spent decades being happy it was getting Western help and is now realizing they were using them. And Africa is waking up and recognizing THEY have the resources. Build the infrastructure and set your price. The West can't create cointelpro coups in every country to take out every African leader if they all move as a united front.
