Hi..actually i feel the happiness and the emotion when am feeling sleepy and when i wake up but during the day i get negative thoughts about my desire.what can i do ? Also will this stop my desire to realise ?
When you feel those negative emotions come to the surface acknowledge it meditate to understand what is motovating you to go towards that path and forgive yourself. Rewiring our minds and tuning into our emotions is not something we were taught. Be intentional with noticing how you feel and take deep breaths to center yourself. In short you've got to calibrate.
Karma can be viewed as those that oppress others... so they are not aligned with their inner being or Spirit. They are not enjoying authentically pleasureable relationships. They create their own misery. I respect and value you, greatly, Abraham-Hicks, but that is karma. We have free will. "We create our own reality." When we uplift... we benefit from that love and joy of kindness. That is also karmic. Our intentions create our karma. Yours is stunningly beautiful, btw!
