    Can you imagine if the Warriors snuck in ANOTHER title after they were considered well dead and buried. They did it in 2022 when everyone though the dynasty was over, and they could do it again. It would be very Spurs-ian, the way that franchise just kept refusing to die.

      As long as Steph is there, they will always have a chance because this organization is ran by very smart people. Also, it is evident that Steph has never been the type of player to get his at the cost of team chemistry. He does not have a problem to take a back to seat, especially in the regular season. But when the playoffs come around, or when he feels he is underrated/ disrespected, he turns it on to remind people he is a killer on the court.

      Stotts and Stackhouse really made a big impact in their defense and offensive sets. Look at how they are defending right now, that is their signature defense in their championship runs. And even then he was still clutch. He started being clutch in his very first playoff run vs Denver in 2012. Game 1. He hits the game tying shot over Ty Lawson. He’s really been clutch it’s just the media created a weird narrative that he wasn’t in 2016 when he clearly was playing injured but somehow nobody mentions that when it comes to 16.

    not enough TJD love but its okay. The teams defensive communication hasnt been this good since the 2022 playoffs. Every time the ball gets into the paint, the other team is led into Draymond or TJD. Even when one of them is the primary defender, the other magically ends up being the final defense every time. It's wonderful. And since teams don't actively seek out Draymond, the team can funnel to him. They're seeking TJD now, but its hasn't worked at all in part because of this. He also just switches out well for his size - not sure if its Looney levels of switching, but it sure as hell has been effective this year. I don't even need to bring up the guards. They've been incredible at switching too this year, and nowhere near as much falling asleep as the last 2- honestly, last 5 years

Problem is it shortened minutes for others because he was unhappy with the minutes he was getting. Chris Paul was also a bad fit on his team his defense is terrible. Our defense this year is based on speed and Chris Paul was absolutely not able to play defense like this. If you look at the statue notice the problem last year it was very much defense and not offense. However with better defense obviously will come better offense with all the easy buckets we get from turnovers. There are no slow defensive mismatches to cover up for this year like Klay and Paul.

      @@juicylla It helps a lot to have someone who can reliably hit a three which keeps the floor wide open and keeps the d from clogging the lane from the cutters and drivers. The warriors have a bunch of guys who can get 20 on any given night they can go with the hot hand and go with a defensive mismatch and night by night they're gonna have guys who can put 20 on the board. Just off the top of my head I'm thinking hield kuminga Wiggins Melton podz moody. Luckily they are all buying into the team concept and they're not demanding the opportunity to get 20 every night.

    Curry admitted he did the night night too early. 😂 24secs was enough time for the Mavs to make a shot it’s that Luka thought he was Steph and bricked the last shot. That might be the Mavs kryptonite. Luka definitely shoulda set up Kyrie. Oh well…Go Dubs!

      Steph doing the night night might gesture might be as effective as an extra two points on top of the 3

      Yeah he laughed about still luckily having a perfect record with night nights. He's making it closer than he was before. and you can tell he really really wanted to get a night night in vs Klay. and you have to pretty much guess that you're not gonna get another chance at a 3. so you gotta do it when you can. 😅
      I would like to see someone make a list of all the time he has done the night night in a game.
      I'm kind of surprised nobody has night nighted the dubs, but maybe they are kind of scared to night night Steph.

    There was never a LeBron vs Jordan debate on the GOAT, because LeBron hasn't surpassed Steph Curry, nor Kobe Bryant. Curry's beat LeBron 3 times out of 4 finals, which automatically means Curry is better. The 1 time LeBron won went to game 7 (that never happened to Jordan). Curry has more impact on his team at his age than LeBron. Curry is primed for his 5th Championship, whereas LeBron is busy playing nepotism games in LA for his son that most consider not even G-League caliber. I'm not mad at Bronny Jr, but I hope he understands the only reason he was in a Lakers' uniform is because of his father.

    • @hirukako9020
      @hirukako9020 17 часов назад +1

      No, it wasn't, refs tend to call those a bit different because a lot of contact will happen in a dunk/layup vs a 3pt contest. They look more for the shooting arm foul.. they saw a clean block. I mean.. did you not see how Chet went down the game before when he was trying to block Wiggins? When were both airborne .. prioritizing landing is difficult. Unless it's an outright Bruce Lee jump kick.

    Steph Curry is proving once again why he’s the most skilled player in the NBA. But do you think his success this season solidifies him as a top 5 player of all time, or is that status still reserved for other legends like LeBron or Jordan?

    • @juicylla
      @juicylla 21 час назад +1

      Simply put, even a chip and mvp this year will make him A LOCK in Top 10 Players of all time. Heck, replacing Hakeem on my list. But to making it to the Top 5, I think his window is now closed, and I'm a Curry fan. He needs to be in the Top 10 first, then overtake Magic as the GOAT PG, then sure, he can be on the Top 5 list. And the crazy thing is that 1-3 are locks (MJ, LBJ, Kareem), but 4-11 is HIGHLY INTERCHANGABLE and it's really okay.

    • @Spawnamvs
      @Spawnamvs 21 час назад

      @juicylla He's already sitting comfortably in Top 10 for me. Where? Id have to sit and make a list

    • @juicylla
      @juicylla 20 часов назад

      @@Spawnamvsthat's good. But in my list
      MJ
      LBJ
      KAJ
      Magic
      Bill
      Bird
      Kobe
      Duncan
      Wilt
      Hakeem
      Shaq
      Curry
      And what I am trying to say that 4-12 is interchangeable and Curry can be on the Top 10 of others and not on mine (so far) and I'm really okay and agree also with your take
