Suhas Subramanyam makes bid for VA-10

With early voting a little more than a month away in Virginia, State Sen. Suhas Subramanyam (D) is making his case for the soon-to-be-vacant 10th Congressional District seat, encompassing Loudoun, Fauquier, Rappahannock, and Prince William Counties, as well as Manassas and parts of Fairfax County. He joins Jim on "The Final 5."
