Every single team Harden goes to is forced to resort to Harden ball. No fluent basketball. Just spamming pick and rolls for 18 seconds then kicking it out for a shooter to shoot contested. Harden is one of those dudes who need to be surrounded be 3&D guys but hes also not in the same shape he was in back in houston. The team is flawed sure, but his acquisition made them worse. The Clippers are struggling simply because playing their 4stars all at once in the starting lineup is cutting into each other's games. The solution is to bring one of the 4 off the bench, specifically either Harden or Westbrook. That way each individual player has more room to breathe, & dance with the ball, or size up their Dfdr like their accustomed to. As it is now everybody outside of Zubac wants to create off the dribble. A good offense has role players that are willing to just accept the shots that are created for them & Not just dismiss it to create another shot on their own.
Good idea but Harden and Russ still seem to think 6th Man is below them. Someone needs to tell them to suck it up and just accept that they need to embrace a different role for the sake of the team. Would probably extend their careers too, because if Harden keeps shitting the bed no one is going to want to sign him.

There's too many cooks in the kitchen. There needs to be a host, someone bussing tables, someone taking orders, someone taking out the trash. Harden is useless for his team because his defense is exorbitantly trash which breaks down the defense almost every play and he totally slows down the pace of the offense they had before he got there. It's not hard to see.
They were a flawed pretender team before Harden got there. But Harden just brings more flaws to their lineup and playing style because all he does is what Westbrick does already. Another iso ball dominant player trying to create off the dribble. The Clippers didn't need more star players, they just need good role players that play in within their actual roles. They need more 3nD depth, more size for better rebounding (Zubac should be a back up center), and a real PG that could setup their offense with actual passing, some decent shooting, selfless play, cohesion, and IQ. Westbrick and Harden are not real PGs. They are ball dominant, stat stuffing, poor defensive IQ, combo guard scorers parading as PGs. Harden is just another issue that the Clippers have created for themselves. I don't understand why they thought this would be a good fit..... That dummy Rachel Nichols thought Harden would be a great fit.
They traded away a bunch of expiring contracts for a roster that is going to completely paralyze them from being able to make moves, thanks to the new CBA. Which, if I'm being honest, I don't think the players assoc. realized what they were agreeing to, when they signed it, but that's a convo for another day. As for the new CBA, the _second_ ceiling is around $175-185Mil & once teams go over that, it is not merely financial penalties anymore. It has partially started already but the NBA has given teams a one year "grace" period before the sh×t storm hits & it fully takes effect. Because there are some *WILD* rules you'll be stunned by! Like, teams are no longer allowed to use MLEs; no longer allowed to use the stretch provision on contracts; no longer able to receive players back on existing contracts when executing a sign & trade; teams over the second luxury tax will not be able to trade their 1st round picks seven years out for the seven years out because it will become frozen & untradeable (they can get it back by being under the cap for 3 straight years). If the team gets to the 7th year, and will be using the pick, their pick reverts to the final pick of the 1st round (or if multiple teams have a pick reverting to the bottom, the order goes worst record to best, being the last one. This stacks, BTW, so in 2032-ish, you could have all the teams unable to trade any future 1sts until the team spent 3 seasons under the second tier. To continue, teams can't aggregate players salaries in trades (meaning what the Clippers just did by combining multiple players to get Harden would be against the CBA); teams would basically only be able to trade or sign vet min contracts, while patching rosters with two way deals to get them through the season. They won't even be able to take back _any_ money in trades greater than the contracts they send out. Before, there was a small amount of wiggle room, but now not anymore.
Wrong. Wrong. Wrong. 1000% wrong. The teams they have lost to since the harden trade are absolutely teams they had no business losing to (and would not have lost to BEFORE the trade). You are portraying it as though the teams they have lost to are championship contenders. The didn't lose to Denver, the Bucks, the Warriors, or even the 76ers (Hardens old team btw that is currently sitting in 1st in the East immediately following his departure). The lost to the Ben Simmons-less Nets, the always mediocre Knicks, the struggling Lakers, and the Ja-less Grizzlies (who are currently the literal worst team in basketball via the standings). The only team they have lost to with a positive win record is the Dallas Mavericks who do in fact happen to be on a tear and making a case for being a championship contender. Only 1 of the 5 losses compiled since this trade is understandable. Besides that, the real reason everyone who actually watches the games knows Harden is the catalyst and main culprit behind this string of bad losses is due to the STYLE of play Harden has. He is essentially the anti-Steph Curry. It doesn't matter if he isn't dominating the ball like he did in Houston and Philadelphia because even when he gives it up, he does NOTHING productive. Hes not setting screens, making backdoor cuts, creating movement in the offense, etc. He's just standing there method acting as a cone and providing absolutely nothing to the offense. Not to mention the defense. Hardens lack of defense has been absolutely disgraceful for his entire career. So if he dominates the ball (as you acknowledge he did against the Grizzlies) he take everyone else out of the game on offense and keeps the much better players in Kawhi and PG out of rhythm by dribbling the ball incessantly and being inefficient with his shot attempts and vicariously provides mediocre offense that no where near makes up for what it cost the team offensively by not running everything though Kawhi and PG. If he doesn't dominate the ball, then the Clippers are playing 4 against 5 on both sides of the ball because he just stands around and does nothing... And all of this ignores the fact that no matter what he does on offense, he is an absolute negative on defense. Every defensive possession with Harden on the court is automatically a 4 v 5 in my estimation. So what exactly is he adding to this team? Nothing. The only benefit he provides is an insurance policy for when Kawhi or PG eventually get injured. In the meantime, he is absolutely responsible for the reason this offense does not work. No matter what role they put him in on offense, the Clippers are losing more than they gain.
Bruh everything Low said is what I been saying to clips fans the issues that we have with harden was the same issues they had last year and even when they was 3-1 but clips fans think it either harden or Russ fault when it really bad roster construction plus kawhi have not been good
First of all, a little word of advice you know when you discuss people‘s criticism by making a whiny voice it comes of as very belittling and unlikeable. 1. Magic a rebuilding team? I understand the Spurs, Trail Blazers & Jazz but the Magic have been promising and their rebuild already stopped now it is time for them to get some playoff experience before attacking next season. (Mark my words on this and let me eat shit if I am wrong come the end of the season but admit your take being wrong if they do). 2. The offensive rebounds have nothing to do with James Harden? Now obviously that is forst and foremost a mistake in Management BUT if you trade your pieces and picks away to fill the wrong problem in your roster that IS a problem. They could have tried to trade for capela instead. It is exactly what you say later by calling them out for going after names, yet you ignore this point earlier. 3. They turned the ball over a lot before he came… YES that is the whole reason they traded for him?! How is that not a problem of Harden??? If I get myself a Top 5 3pt Shooter because my team sucks at 3pointers and then my Shooter does not hit his shots any better than the rest of the team… that is an issue where this players disappoints. 4. Generational Playmaking? I really respect your opinion but while yes this unit is flawed itself, James Harden‘s playstyle also has been flawed for years. He has been unwilling to put work into his defense (say what you will about Russ but his defense suffers from lack of Basketball IQ especially off ball but not because of lazyness). His stats never told the whole story either. people always think of him as a playmaker but in reality Harden always looked for his own chance to score and if he didn’t find it he passed the ball out, that is not how you run an offense, especially at his age. Multiple people predicted this style not to work come the playoffs and they were right! There is no generational playmaking there to begin with and as such you have to criticise for his shortcomings those being his horrendous off Ball movement, terrible shooting percentages in those last 5 games, terrible defense and bad system fit. Is it all his mistake no, but he decided he wanted to go to the Clippers, he is unwilling to change his playstyle and his past successes individually (as there aren’t any teams successes to speak of let’s be honest about that) should not factor into the evaluation. Put a different name plate there and say John doe gets 30+ Million for THIS and everybody would call for your head… and I have even been so kind and not factor in his very flawed character and work ethic into this review. The impact he is having on Russ who did actually work on the Clippers is already visible and I personally would take a committed player like russ on his deal over James Harden 11/10 times. 5. Because let’s talk about what roster construction is actually about: In a perfect world it would be getting the 5 best players on one team but in realitiy with a cap it is picking up guys that are better than what you pay them for in order to maximize your chances to win. Economically speaking you want a net positive on your players compared to what you are paying them and a player like russ on this deal is a net positive (he only gets criticised because people compare him to former stats but forget how much more he was paid in his time at the lakers for example. If you look at Harden however for 35 Million (which he thinks he is worth and striked himself out of Philly for) his comparison isn’t westbrook it is at the very least the category of co stars like Jamal Murray… and that makes him look horrific in comparison.
Before I rant, I love your channel and I love the facts and jokes you bring along with them. I knew the exact second they made this trade Zubac was gonna get scapegoated. Because of the hella lack of defense they had and it's even more dimished, they needed him to be prime D-12, Shaq, Hakeem, and that's not who he is. He's been their unsung hero for years, but now he's the liability? Please trade him to my Mavs and they'll show you a liability. Do that crap they did in Houston when their centet is like 6"5 😂.
I think clippers should try to acquire Jonathan Isaac, he would help with their defense and cover that center position they’re lacking, problem with him is his expensive and injury prone but if they can keep him healthy he’s worth a try.
when you have 4 players on the floor that can score 40 if they have the ball in their hand every time down the court they will not score even 20 a game cuz they don't have enough tuches not enough atempts and they are not in their rythm so everything falls apart
How do you spend $200m like the Clippers & have 💩 for a roster? Have a hypebeast owner who's a fan of big names no matter the age or resume, who obviously doesn't have the front office that's confident & competent enough to say "no, we need this", "no, it might help to have a couple draft picks in the next 20yrs", "you want Harden? Hell tf no" or "you want Harden?....I quit"
Finally someone calls it for what it is... ITS ZUBAC. Dude is so bad a defense i don't think he even tried to get better. There's just no rim protection sadly. i hope daniel theiss helps them out
Okay now for a comment video related; Clips screwed themselves bringing in PG and Kawhi two players that need role players around them which they had! But for some reason got rid of for big names..can’t feel bad because again it’s the clippers and nobody has taken them serious since they been part of the association
No because in 3 of his first 4 games he shot over 50% from the field and over 40% from three and we shouldn't be expecting him to average 25 or 30 PPG anymore at this stage of his Career because he's not the same player that he was in 2019-20 his side step three where he steps left is gone his dunks are gone his speed, movement and Athleticism is gone and also we need to blame the Clippers losing on Paul George and Russ because Paul George has been playing inconsistent ever since Harden arrived and Russ keeps playing to his weaknesses by shooting threes when he's not an elite 3pt shooter he's not Tyrese Maxey when it comes to shooting he needs to be playing to what he does best which is keep driving to the rim and finishing at the rim and not take so many jumpshots.
Clippers front office doesn't know that the fuck it's doing. This has been apparent for a while now. They're just so desperate to do something. Kawhi and PG are either going to be free-agents next year or they'll likely be out of their primes given their injury history. If they don't make some kind of run this year the past 5 years and who knows how much money have been wasted, so take a gamble on Harden despite the fit being obviously terrible.
Russ isn't the problem, not with that contract. It's Zubac and them wasting a trade on Harden, rather than getting a younger forward or going after someone like Miles Turner.
Nba is entertainment first, sport second. All these crazy trades, superteams create buzz increase jersey sells, more televised games etc. People talking about the suns being favorites before the season started made me laugh. Russ and harden really are one man army type of system players, so when the team was built for their needs they were successful. But this, just stacking "superstars" and not focusing on team structure will never win games or win a chip. If you really want to witness real competitive basketball switch a eurolegaue game on, every basket matters, every possesion matters, non of this jordan poole, lamelo ball, james harden type of shenanigans.
Roster has Kawhi, PG, Harden, and Russ 😂😂 we not bouta blame this on Zubac. And no matter how many “reasons” y’all have for them losing, 0-5 is still 0-5 and that pack is getting smoked regardless 😎😎
I feel sorry for Westbrook after LAL I thought he was washed , but he was good for the Clippers in the playoffs . Then they went and got Harden who I think is a cancer on any team , there is only one ball and three out of the four need the ball in their hand .

Clips just need to start PJ Tucker and let Russ run the 2nd unit with Bones, Mann, Powell, and Plumlee
Starting pj is insane
pj is cooked. bbq chicken.
Now obviously that is forst and foremost
a mistake in Management BUT if you trade your pieces and picks away to fill the wrong problem in your roster that IS a problem. They could have tried to trade for capela instead. It is exactly what you say later by calling them out for going after names, yet you ignore this point earlier.
3. They turned the ball over a lot before he came… YES that is the whole reason they traded for him?!
How is that not a problem
of Harden???
5. Because let’s talk about what roster construction is actually about:
In a perfect world it would be getting the 5 best players on one team but in realitiy with a cap it is picking up guys that are better than what you pay them for in order to maximize your chances to win.
I think clippers should try to acquire Jonathan Isaac, he would help with their defense and cover that center position they’re lacking, problem with him is his expensive and injury prone but if they can keep him healthy he’s worth a try.
damn that hawks hat is niiiiiiice!!!!
No the clippers, ruined the Clippers (the owner) That being said my sixers looking good so far
when you have 4 players on the floor that can score 40 if they have the ball in their hand every time down the court they will not score even 20 a game cuz they don't have enough tuches not enough atempts and they are not in their rythm so everything falls apart
Stop saying Lows uploading regularly it’s been 2 videos
Its not about how many shot harden takes. Its about the fact that harden need the ball in his hand. Without the ball he doesnt do much on offense
we need a update video
Excellent commentary, sir. Can we get you on ESPN to replace Perkins? The Clippers stars need to relax and just fucking ball!
They really need a big, a defensive and rebounding big. Hell, get Dwight.
Glad you’re making videos!!
It sounds like James harden doesn’t fix/add anything significant to this roster except playmaking did the sixers fleece the clippers?
How do you spend $200m like the Clippers & have 💩 for a roster? Have a hypebeast owner who's a fan of big names no matter the age or resume, who obviously doesn't have the front office that's confident & competent enough to say "no, we need this", "no, it might help to have a couple draft picks in the next 20yrs", "you want Harden? Hell tf no" or "you want Harden?....I quit"
Watching LOW troll on Playback with Agent , you be forgetting how sound his basketball mind is.
Finally someone calls it for what it is... ITS ZUBAC. Dude is so bad a defense i don't think he even tried to get better. There's just no rim protection sadly. i hope daniel theiss helps them out
Pains me to say that’s a nice hat LOW, coming from a sixers fan😊
Get him out the league, period, epitome of overrated for his whole career.
Okay now for a comment video related; Clips screwed themselves bringing in PG and Kawhi two players that need role players around them which they had! But for some reason got rid of for big names..can’t feel bad because again it’s the clippers and nobody has taken them serious since they been part of the association
No because in 3 of his first 4 games he shot over 50% from the field and over 40% from three and we shouldn't be expecting him to average 25 or 30 PPG anymore at this stage of his Career because he's not the same player that he was in 2019-20 his side step three where he steps left is gone his dunks are gone his speed, movement and Athleticism is gone and also we need to blame the Clippers losing on Paul George and Russ because Paul George has been playing inconsistent ever since Harden arrived and Russ keeps playing to his weaknesses by shooting threes when he's not an elite 3pt shooter he's not Tyrese Maxey when it comes to shooting he needs to be playing to what he does best which is keep driving to the rim and finishing at the rim and not take so many jumpshots.
dont worry Clippers fans, as long as they having fun it doesnt matter if they keep losing. having fun is the most important 😊😂😂😂
ik it probably won’t happen but Westbrook needs to be the pg and James need to actually be a sg if they’re both gonna start
Palmdale, come back tooooo meeee
LOW myth busting again love to see it
Low caping for harden is a crazy character arc
Clippers front office doesn't know that the fuck it's doing. This has been apparent for a while now. They're just so desperate to do something. Kawhi and PG are either going to be free-agents next year or they'll likely be out of their primes given their injury history. If they don't make some kind of run this year the past 5 years and who knows how much money have been wasted, so take a gamble on Harden despite the fit being obviously terrible.
I can't get enough harden hate
What's your main channel king!
Please upload consistently
Dyslex-gendOfWinning in the building.
Need a front court that’s not gonna get bodied down low
That hawks hat is tuff
C'mon bruh. You have been talking up the main channel Jokic video for months now. When do you think you'll release it?
This team reminds me of my Knicks when we had Amare, Melo, and bum ass mofo Andrea Bargnani
Clean hat boi!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Get this man on espn to embarrass these so called analysts
Roster has Kawhi, PG, Harden, and Russ 😂😂 we not bouta blame this on Zubac. And no matter how many “reasons” y’all have for them losing, 0-5 is still 0-5 and that pack is getting smoked regardless 😎😎
Harden is not THE reason the Clippers are struggling, but his arrival has given them new problems and highlighted their existing ones more.
I feel sorry for Westbrook after LAL I thought he was washed , but he was good for the Clippers in the playoffs . Then they went and got Harden who I think is a cancer on any team , there is only one ball and three out of the four need the ball in their hand .
The clippers are such a disappointing team
That hat Lowkey pressure bruh
Clippers need a center….. just anyone. Take a chance on Hassan Whiteside or Demarcus Cousins
The clippers stupidity truly saved the Sixers from disaster, thank you Balmer
All star names because they are opening a new arena next year and want people to come to it. They got harden incase kawhi and PG left in the offseason
Playback changed LOW for the better
I think it's too early to judge this team. It takes time to gel.
*Great title to bring in viewers, but the actual breakdown was spot on.*
