This is a wonderful collab. It's a dream team of milquetoast Japanese names. Tanaka, Suzuki and Yamada. ~TL Notes~ 0:46 - (いいな~/iina~) This can mean a lot of things. "That's nice" "I'm jealous" "Lucky~: "Nice~" "Awesome~" But in the end, the implication was Lap hinting that she wanted to play with them and Hime picked up on it immediately, hence the lean in lol 0:57 - (野良/Nora) New word for me so I figured I'd share. It's slang for randos on your team. 1:13 - (秘い/hisoi) So, based on context, I'm thinking she means "hisoka" which is when people do stuff without letting other people know about it. It's becoming really common for words to change into "i" adjectives which is what I think happened here. 1:22 - (足引っ張る/ashi hipparu) So, this is slang for a person that drags the team down. I was going to use "we're heavy" because I feel like I've heard that used to describe people in League of Legends and such... but I couldn't find much to support that terminology so I went in the other direction that means the same thing anyway with "carry us" 1:42 - (コスパ/kospa) "Cost-Performance" Loan word that didn't stray too far from it's original meaning. I didn't think something like "bang for your buck" quite fit here. Or maybe I just don't like how it sounds? 2:21 - "Uno Uno Uno!" I just like this. 2:22 - "Girl who cried Uno" (詐欺/sagi) "sagi" means to "swindle" or "commit fraud" or "saying you'll do something, but then don't" So I thought "girl who cried Uno" was pretty clever. 2:47 - "Uno!" I like this too. 2:57 - Lap/Hina teetee
thanks for the clip it's so rare to see himehina clip translated in EN, i always watch them back in the day before i know hololive. especially their song cover is so good.
Himehina never misses to put a smile on my face. I used to watch them way back in 2020 when I was pretty new to vtubers, idk why I stopped getting their clips so kinda forgot about them, i focused more on hololive clips maybe idk. It's great to see they still have the same charm they used to have back in the days, i miss watching their MVs
I did some reading up on their company's fan-content rules and they seem to be about the same as Cover's so I'm going to start going backwards through their archives and start clipping I think.
I stopped after YT removed community CC. Himehina's old videos were full of that and it was fun. I mean her new videos are still fun to watch simply because of the happy vibes.
@@Aryazaky i can only watch himehina on my phone now using the auto translate feature, it's a bit rough but at leaat now i can kinda get wuts going on
Thanks for the clip!! So glad someone appreciates some HimeHina~ I'm glad Laplus will have some play buddies for Valorant. Laplus energy will get even stronger with them!
Yeah!!! I'm relatively new to the VTuber scene, but when I heard Matsuri talk about HimeHina when Sora and Roboca performed RettouJoutou at the 3rd fes, I did a deep dive and now they are up there with my favorites! Absolute legends these two!
@@statskytl Yeah I really like love their music vids. My favorites are the ones with their dance team, the Ghosts, in them. They're in three songs that I know off the top of my head, The Ambroid, Pendulum Girls, and WWW. Though all their videos are pretty great.
HimeHina are ones of my favorite VTubers They're almost part of the OG VTubers along with Kizuna, Kaguya Luna, Mirai Akari, Moe, Nekomiya Hinata (another FPS pro player btw)
The 2.5D effect of having the 3D models used in a game stream is really cool, let’s them use way more physical communication for bits and generally feels more expressive, especially for how relatively sharp the tracking looks. That’s super neat!
Finally a clip of this collab, it's honestly very unexpected and I know HimeHina for quite a long time but haven't watched them after hololive gets big these few years.
Yeah! I often watch HimeHina in my spare time but never realized that they never got clipped much. They release videos more than they stream, but even the few recent streams don't have a single clip. I'll see what I can do about that
@@statskytl can't be helped, current fans enjoys streaming vtuber more. Most vtuber with the same generation as sora also mostly similarly lacks clipper
They have different surnames so I don't believe so. And yeah, their 3D is awesome. I recommend their music videos! Their cover of Rettou Joutou is pretty legendary in the VTuber world. (And they made it like 4 years ago and it's still clean)

I figured のら would be some shortened katakana word. I like that they just use the word for stray animals.

It was back when I still watching Kizuna Ai & Nekomiya Hinata...

You're based. Thanks
Cuties ❤. I never seen the two sitting next to Laplus before.
Himehina model is impressive.. btw are they sibling?

Hime was doing her own thing before Hina joined her to become HimeHina
They are very close friends, their models has always been awesome since their early days.
They are professional singers too
wonder what kind of tracking that they use.. its so lively and accurate.. it kinda puts hololive tracking to shame @@
late comment but i just wanna shill for himehina's music, seriously GOAT
