All 3 are doing great. I water them once a month and they do their thing. One plant started turning brown but after contacting customer service, I found it needed more sun light. When I moved it, it hasn't had any other issues. Highly recommend it
Ordered and received mine today. They look wonderful however my Fiddle Leaf Fig plant came shorter than yours. I contacted customer service and they were awesome. They are sending another one and I get to keep the dwarfed plant. I agree and will watch it grow.

Plants arrived in great condition. While I am fairly handy I cannot figure out how the wood stand(s) assemble. Plus, video showed a plastic insert to pour water in, non of my (6) included that. Guess I’ll just carefully water. Sunlight in VERY diffused in my home, we’ll see.
My parlor palm turned brown.i filled them all with water within a couple weeks it was turning brown. The water was dry. So I filled it again. My other 5 plants are doing well. I don't know why several were dry and low on water in a couple of weeks.
How long has it been since you wrote to them about the issue? When I had an issue it took 2 or 3 days but once they engaged it was very good customer service. I'm sure they will take good care of you.
I thought the purpose of easy plant was to not over water the plants. This was not a review it was an unboxing. Are the plants still alive? Does this actually work? Did the plants not get overwatered???? I still have questions. This was not very helpful. Sorry.
I think you missed the entire point of this. EasyPlant.com allows you to use their proprietary system that you put in enough water for that plant for 30 days. It's called Easy because you only have to water them 1 time a month. Their system keeps the water from being over watered, it's designed to water it as needed. And Yes they are still alive and doing great! I love it because I'm busy and travel a lot and didn't need to have to water them often. Their pots are designed to provide the water to the plant as needed over 30 days. So it comes all put together and ready to go, just put water in and set reminders to refill every 30 days. Hope this helps clarify and sorry the video didn't answer all your questions and concerns. My main goal of this was unboxing because on their website and online no one really showed how they come to you, so I wanted people to see that experience. Their website shows in detail animations of how their system works. It's really cool. I'm almost 4 months in and they are doing great, look amazing!

I want this bc I don’t have a green thumb but love plants. The only one I’ve kept alive is my spotted begonia from Publix named Audrey.
