Then I watched a lot of Dr. Joe Dispenza and I learned how to breathe properly and how to meditate. Just learning how to breathe right and taking deep breaths to relax, was super helpful for me! Even if you don't want to watch Bob and Dr. Joe, you should definitely do the positive affirmation in the mirror at minimum! It raises your self-esteem and ABSOLUTELY LIFE CHANGING! But I guess to the rock people, they got annoyed that someone sold out. Regardless, I'll still enjoy their music.
