What a racket they charge bumper fee in order to break down the pallets to see if it matches case count on the bills?!!!! Why don't they just use the pallet CT for everything except where you have a partial pallet? WHAT A RACKET. They can't eyeball a partial to see the case ct?

It's lumper fee not bumper and it's a regular part of trucking especially refrigerated loads
