I’m going to submit the small bore hill climb idea to the club. Not that we don’t have enough events already (we run the oldest dual sport ride in America, have an enduro race a hare scramble (that is tomorrow) and a Tots For Tots charity dirt ride in December). But this.. I could get behind this 100%! We even have a small bore bike company as a sponsor.. we raffled one off at our last event then had a pit bike race for evening entertainment. Now.. we just need a venue for this. Great vid!
@@yesterdaysgarage My 1974 Penton 175 cost me ~$1200 brand new off the showroom floor. My 1976 KTM 250 was a couple hundred more. The price of a new (modern) KTM causes my jaw to drop. 🙂 Ya..those prices are a bit too high for me as well. But battery prices are dropping fast. So there's that.

Yeah but he also probably broke the frame/ forks/ headset trying to send it over the double logs… the e-bikes look good but are not anywhere near as strong as they look.

Electric is 100% torque instantly. I'm just not crazy about the price.
