Haha, actually, blue did exactly as you have said in the ffa guide, not only were you banged by green and red, making you prime target for a steal, but also from your perspective blue was the least likely to attack you, making the surprise all the more potent.

@@lucasdiogenes6285Giving away your king is like a child losing the game and throwing away the game pieces from table. You are gonna die anyway, so why you give a king to another player that did nothing to beat you? The only answer is because you are immature and can’t handle your anger and you want to ruin the game to opponent that beats you. You cannot accept that you were worse than opponent.

@@lucasdiogenes6285 You make the game harder only for the guy that beat you. Why for him? Make it harder for everyone. You are not teamed up with the player you give the king to. It is FFA and giving the king away you are not playing FFA. You are teaming with another player to make the game harder for the one that beat you and who deserves the king.

he put himself in a horrible position at 36~min mark, he wanted to put bases between the two players, so they couldn't attack each other only him.
King donations remind me of the rare team killer in SC2. Team killers suck at playing well so they control the game in the only way they know how - by sabotaging it. Similarly, king donators couldn't win in an upfront fight so they sabotage the person they lost to by donating their king. It's their last ditch effort at exerting some sort of control on the game's outcome. What a lloser mindset.

Hope relic does something about feeding the king. Ruins the game mode
You don’t have to feed the king as you call if you have a dock and transport ship, just put king on ship and delete ship. That way you deny your opponent without giving someone else a hand out.
@@jarlwilliam9932 shouldn't be allowed to do that either. If you get in a fight with someone and you lose, that person should get the king kill
@@colinfagan539 Not if they they just king snipe, while you’re fighting someone else. You attack me while I’m dealing with someone else and ima just delete my king and peace out, either fight fair or not at all.

Not really, just don't let the king escape. It's part of the game and it's fine, it serves to punish people who don't attack properly and to dissuade people from doing poor attacks

Guys I'm kinda new , how is he getting gold with no villager on gold ?
Relics give passive gold when put in monasteries and japan gets yorishiro, their pseudo relics from the floating gate castle landmark that also give gold when placed in a smithy (their mining camp + blacksmith). Japanese also get 20% of their mined gold as bonus stone and vice versa.

tbf players being able to run their king when they "lose" to another player who hasnt even touched them is very salt inducing. you invest all that time and res into killing them and getting that +50 pop only for them to run (or try to) and give it to someone else out of spite. sure thats technically legal to do but its still a toxic move
@@dom7899 Oh yeah that and the backstabbings, it's a perfect mixture for people getting mad. For the king thing tbh, I feel that both sides are probably not wrong on their own, yeah it's kinda scummy to gift a king to someone else out of spite, but on the other hand it's also allowed by the mode and some would argue, part of the game. Personally I think it also shows the limitations of the design, and I kinda miss the no king FFAs, even though they could literally take ages as a result.
@@valence686 yeah king was fun for a bit but it just adds more salt AND makes game way too snowbally. you get 2~3 king kills and you are very likely to just win and only time ffas are faster then without king is when one player ends up snowballing and steamrolling the lobby which isnt really fun to play or watch.
I get why you'd be mad that someone runs their king, but isn't it kinda like denting someone who almost killed you? Like you just fuck them over. It might be annoying but idk if the player deserves to be attacked for it. In your FFA casts, you often applaud people for fucking over people who spent the whole game killing them. Seems like you should have a similar attitude towards this.

@@AlaskaL It's not a 1v1. It's an FFA. And there is no rule or convention about running the king away. I view it far more like the example I gave.
@@tophy9865 It's just disrespect and childishness. People who donate kings can't accept that they lost fairly, so they try to screw over the better player by getting rid of their prize for being the better player. Imagine if you could delete relics before you die (in not-dominion ffa) so the person attacking you doesn't get anything besides a lack of resources. Basic respect for someone better than you makes you less toxic, and makes you a happier person.
I know from experience, I used to be toxic in AoE4 and Brawlhallla before I realised I'm a loser for being anything but humbled and impressed when I lose. You learn by losing. You stay a loser by being childish in a fair fight between strangers.
It feels bad because he lost the king but it's completely fair, he got punished for not catching the king. All you have to do is to not let the king escape

Skill issue to not catch king
Yeah exactly. Giving a king to someone else is a way to punish the other player for not catching the king.
People complain about this but all you have to do is to not let the king escape.
@@sanher20 Yeah, the player to whom you donate the king has so much skill that he deserves your king. If you lose anyway why you bother who get your king? It is because you cannot accept you lost. This is anger issue not skill.
