Chef Jesse was my favorite person to work for! He was phenomenally knowledgeable. He was one of the best teachers I’ve ever had. Honestly he deserves his own restaurant! I personally believe he was the most creative person in the kitchen I’ve ever worked in! Cheeeee! Much respect for Chef Jesse!
