I just got back from Alaska. Ive always struggled with my weight and let it hold me back from things im interested in. I actually went in a 3 person kayak on an incredible Alaskan river with snow covered mountains all around. I was terrified id flip us over. But it was great! I have body dismorphia and always think im bigger than i am. Thanks for showing me we can do anything we want.

Your lake is beautiful. Ours about half full got to send all the water to hoover dam so here in a few weeks they will almost be empty. Wonderfull Colorado. I love you all see you in the next one
