    INGREDIENTS :
    10 boiled eggs
    FOR THE MASALA PASTE :
    Whole spices - 2 bay leaves, cinnamon stick, 3-4 cloves,7-8 peppercorns
    2 medium onions sliced
    3 tomatoes roughly chopped
    4-5 garlic cloves
    1 cube of chopped ginger
    few fresh curry leaves
    OTHER INGREDIENTS :
    1 sliced onion
    3 tbsp curd
    1 tbsp kasoori methi
    1 tsp garam masala powder
    salt to taste
    1½ tbsp chili powder (more/less)
    1 tbsp coriander powder
    1 ½ tsp cumin powder
    1 tsp chicken powder
    ½ turmeric powder
    METHOD:
    Heat 3-4 tbsp oil and add sliced onion, saute until onion turns golden brown.
    Next, add ground paste with a jar of washed water (1 cup), and some salt and mix well, cover, and cook for about 5-6 minutes on medium heat.
    Add spice powders chili powder, coriander, cumin, turmeric, and chicken powder. Give a good mix and add water to make medium thick curry. Cover and cook on medium-high heat for 2-3 minutes.
    Reduce flame to low add curd and give a good mix. Add boiled eggs, cover, and simmer for 4-5 minutes or until oil floats on top.
    Now add kasuri methi, and garam masala powder, and gently mix. Garnish with chopped coriander leaves just before serving. Serve & Enjoy!
